Honestly, I would rate it half a star . because number one the place was dirty. #2 we waited Thirty minutes and they didn't even take our order .The manager was not expediting correctly.All the workers were being very slow.They were running out of food. And there was a girl in there specifically with a bad attitude Mean mugging at the customers. That same girl came out the restroom and did not wash her hands . Severely understaffed.

First time trying popeyes and i got the 12pc along with rice and beans as the side which was kind of pricey. They forgot my rice and beans. So i'm left with just the drink, sauce, and chickens. Also the lady at the drive thru around 2pm today was rude when taking order. I don't think I will be coming back here again because of the missing order and bad customer service.

Besides having to park and wait for my food because apparently they drop shrimp by the order, which I wasn’t upset about. But I get home and they didn’t give me any napkins, utensils or sauces. I didn’t think I had to ask and they sure didn’t ask.

This chicken was horrible! Actually everything was horrible! I got a 16 piece with cajun fries and coleslaw and two small sides mac n cheese and mash potatoes with gravy. I had to wait 10 mins then they gave us our food and rushed us out.When we got home (5 minus away)The fries were ice cold had to microwave them. The coleslaw had a very strong taste like perfume the biscuits were dry and the chicken was short 4 pieces. The tenders had so much breading that everyone had to peal off the breading hardly no chicken! Then they added 4 pieces of chicken nuggets. It was dry and almost impossible to eat. All in all on a scale 1-10 the dinner was horrible!!!!! I gave it a 2We will never eat from there again. Everybody left their plates full of uneaten food. I'm going back to get a refund!!!!!!

Best time to go through the drive through is around 8-9pm, after that time frame you can expect a longer wait. They also now have a real. Honey Mustard, that's not like "Wild Honey Mustard"... Who wants their Honey Mustard to taste like it has Horseradish in it!? No thanks, so glad they finally got their Mustard issue fixed!! Heading there tonight!!?
