First review of 2024First timer here at Popeyes. I must admit I never go to any chicken place to eat a quick meal. I bought my son Ethan this spicy chicken sandwich a couple nights back and he liked it very much. More than KFC. I decided to try it myself and I must say I wasn't really wowed by it. It could have been more spicy for my liking. It was ok to try once and was a reminder why I don't care much for fast food chicken. Not a knock review on Popeyes. Got the blacken chicken sandwich and 6 pcs wings and 2 cheesecake. The blacken chicken sandwich was really dry, hard and burnt on the outside(not sure if its suppose to be that way). I am quite disappointed. I should've just gotten the classic if I knew. Overall, everything was a 'ehh.'
