Came in during the lunch hour and was helped right away. Sandwich was made well and quickly. The interior is quick service type and clean. Would recommend if you want to get a quick sandwich!

They have delicious sandwiches but one star off for no gluten-free bread option. I guess that's a corporate thing.

Super clean establishment, I was greeted right when I walked in & even though there was one person ahead of me, someone came out to help me super quick! I didn't get the man's name that was helping me, but he was so nice! I wasn't rushed to make a decision at all & was even given suggestions/opinions on things i was asking about. I love that they cut the meat & cheese in front of you, you can definitely taste the different of fresh meat & pre sliced. Also, potato salad for $2.50?! Sign me up! It was an easy & hassle free visit & I will absolutely be in again soon!

Look... I used to work in the food industry and understand some customers can be difficult or annoying but I don't believe I was either. Gal with the green hair made it very clear she didn't want to be at work today.. I ordered a BLT and as the bacon was being microwaved asked if I could add turkey.. She looks at me with an irritated look on her face, says nothing and grabs the meat and starts slicing. Then in a very fake customer service voice without looking up asked if it being extra was okay.. Yep that's fine. Then she asks if I'd like any spreads and I said but instead of her asking me which ones she goes in with the mayo/mustard mixture... Ok, not what I wanted but not a problem.. until I ask for the hot mustard spread... she once again gets an irritated look on her face....same when I mention I'd like to add veggies... the place is basically empty and I'm not asking for much.. not like Im asking you to remake anything..? Whatever. I never NOT tip but this gal's service (or lack of) really bothered me...the rude facial expressions and fake tone of voice like she wasn't even trying to hide her bad mood... These over priced sandwiches aren't even good and definitely not worth the experience with this particular employee. No one is forcing you to be there, hun.. you can always go elsewhere if you hate it so much..

The last bastion of hope in a sea of overpriced sandwich restaurants. I picked up a 12 inch sub for $13. Everything was delicious. Other places charge $15-$20 for the same sandwich. I will have to come here exclusively for sandwiches from now on.

Giving it only 3 stars because part of my online order(already paid for) was taken out of my bag and given to someone else. Went in to pick up the order, seen them finishing it up, putting the cookies in the bag, then the lady standing in line waiting to order asked if there were anymore cookies, employee stated these are the last 2, customer asks can I have one, employee takes the cookie out of my bag and gives it to her, employee hands the bag to me and says sorry we are out of cookies and brownies I can give you chips. I had already seen what happened to the cookie, but didn't say anything cause was in a hurry to pick up my son from school. Took the chips, which chips are cheaper than the cookies and brownies. I know this tends to happen to doordash orders and other delivery orders, just note I was not from one of those services and this was my food I had already paid for and seen what happened. It was wrong. Sandwiches are good, but what was done shouldn't of happened right in front of me.

I mean look at that sandwich. Literally picture perfect. I love coming here because the consistency is spot on. Great option.
