This place I hate to say but my experience here was the worst. Waited 45 minutes at least for Menudo? That alone was a red flag. If I hadn't paid in advance We would have left. The service the Manager Alyssa gave us was so ignored and bad it was why we left the bar area. Then we find out she was the Manager!! Was beyond disappointed Alyssa gave us no service so we moved then she claimed I didn't explain I wanted a shot of tequila and a Sprite soda she gave me this little shot of Sprite. I then stated again I repeated a glass of Sprite she left with attitude, she returned and gave me a flat Sprite I had to ask someone else to replace it for the 3rd time!!! Mind you before we even sat down as we moved the Manager came running for us to pay the tab and we had not even received our food yet!! The list goes on HOWEVER IT'S more than I want to remember about that place, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY. I'VE TOLD OTHER PPL MY EXPERIENCE AND THEY SAID THEIR BAR SERVICE ? WAS ALSO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAIT TIME. I do want to note the other workers were very nice once they knew we had a problem with Manager Alyssa who didn't care about the service she didn't provide when we left she didn't even ask why we moved she took 15 minutes for a draft beer ?? That was ridiculous service if you even want to call it that. So disappointed.

The food was VERY good. Service was ok. We got there at opening on Sunday. There was a large party there also so we had the busboy take care of us. He did his best and I give him a total thumbs up. They need a larger staff when they open on weekends. But overall, excellent place!! We will be back!

We didn't eat but we had cocktails at the bar. Drinks, chips and salsa before the concert. The service was awesome. Shout-out to the sweet ladies behind the bar. You helped make daddy/daughter date night a big success.

Great customer service food! I've been coming here for a few months now and I've consistently had a good time. The bartenders are always so quick and friendly. I usually order one of the appetizers and all of them are pretty good. I took a star off because their speakers sound staticky.
Great place to come have a beer and enjoy a great authentic mexican dish. Service was excellent Alexa and Migz were very knowledgable and polite. Pointed me in the right direction to a meal that i would enjoy. Highly recommend.

Overall it was a great experience, the only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the fact that I had to walk up to the bar for a water refill and to get a side of sauce. I don't fault the server who was also the bartender (the only one working)for not checking back frequently, but it was the look she gave me on both instances that warranted the deduction. She was clearly talking to a group of her friends who had come in, and was put off (visually) by my requests. She did however make a fantastic tequila based old fashion, which I highly recommend. All in all we had a great time and we will definitely come back in the future.

Love this place! It's always a good time whenever I go and is the first place I always suggest to my friends from out of town. Customer service is amazing, drinks are always strong, and the food is always on point. I also love that they have vegetarian options!

MY GO TO! I've been coming to Que Pasa for a while now and it and it's always a vibe. The food is great but the service is better. If you want the full experience definitely go check them out on Tuesdays when the DJs in + they have some great deals on cheap eats. I usually grab tacos but the fajitas are great too. Check them out!

The beverage I had was super tasty but I did not like the fact that I was served in a plastic cup. It's a lazy move (management) and therefore a deduction of a star. The service was great, because the bartender lady took the time to answer my inquiries and had a positive attitude. Ambiance was decent.
