Ordered double chicken and "Kong it", received neither. Spent $30 on a Quesadilla with a single portion of chicken in it. Told staff and the nice lady said we can remake it for you, but than the cook comes out and says that's what it's supposed to look like. The cook trumped the other staff with no apology. I've been coming to this location since the place opened, I live within walking distance. I've easily spent over $1000 on this one location. They have other cooks that have made my customized order perfectly but this cook was not one of those. I'm going through a really hard time in my life right now, please be more kind to people you don't know, you don't know what they are going through in their personal lives. It would have taken ten minutes to redo my order which the restaurant was empty at the time. Instead they chose to disrespect a loyal long term customer. I'm done with the place. Worst experience ever they cross contaminated my sweet dilla with insanely hot salsa, this place has burned before but never this bad. If they want to keep regulars, not making those of us with stomach issues be in pain for 4 plus hours, and making it impossible to keep food down while trying to turn down the heat with milk, ice cream,etc. I just hope this didn't happen to a toddler or kid.

Will always love this local business. I envy the high schoolers at Fresno High because they have such a gem across the street! The inside is pretty big with lots of seating, and service is great and incredibly patient! I've never tried their premade house specials, but what I've seen from other reviews is that they're not everybody's favorite. That is why I recommend to create your own. They have such a variety of options of toppings, cheese, and meats to choose from you can't go wrong with whatever you're craving! My order: cilantro chicken, white mix, black beans, spanish rice, and the two sauces: cilantro cream and spicy salsa verde. I will get this till the day I die. If I ever crave a quesadilla this is the one I always think about. One thing I can never compliment enough is their cilantro cream sauce, which I believe is the most popular one in the first place. I can just eat a bowl of that by itself, its so good and pairs well with your dilla. One of my favorite places in the tower area!

What an odd little place, in the best of ways. I tried two of their Menu Quessedillas and both were delicious! The dipping sauces were amazing and even the desert quessedilla with bananas was absolutely delightful. Service is a hit or miss though.
Great food, cool location with great neighbors. Ideal spot to grab a bite to eat, pop over for ice cream, & then browse records. Highly recommend :)

I expected more flavor, the cilantro chicken quesadilla was just ok. I still would encourage you to try it as everyone has different taste buds.

I did the build your own chicken one and disappointed that for 1 quesadilla it's like $14 dollars which I wouldn't care if it was worth it there was barely any cheese and the rice wasn't even cooked it was like chewing raw rice the guacamole salsa is good that's about all I liked

This restaurant needs to hear this... A QUESADILLA SHOULD HAVE CHEESE!! I have never gotten a quesadilla with so little cheese. They still get a decent review though because what I will call my thin burrito was very good and flavorful!

You know a place is good when you start cheesin' after the first bite. I've been here on multiple occasions and each time, it always hits the spot. Love at first bite feeling, every bite! The inside is incredibly spacious - so much seating to enjoy your 'dillas! If you don't want to wait in line, they also have a self-serve kiosk where you can place your order! Service is pretty quick. Ordering online is an incredibly easy process, as well! They have so much variety with their quesadillas, from the basics to their unique combinations, to even dessert 'dillas! They also have a build your own quesadilla option - where you get to select all your toppings! I tend to choose this route and I LOVE my order: chile verde, cheddar, rice, and habaneros. It's perfection. Their variety of salsas are also incredible and pair so well with the quesadillas. My personal favorite is the roasted sour cream and the spicy salsa verde, but you can't go wrong with any of them! This place is SO. GOOD. 10/10 would reccomend.
