Extremely disappointed. I hope to save you from a terrible experience. I called for a quote, and was quoted ~$90 before tax. I placed my order the next day, emailing files and instructions (and actually reducing the number of postcards). They confirmed receipt and turn around time. When they informed me that the order was ready I prepared to pay over the phone and was told my total was more than $170. I protested and they confirmed with the employee the price that they previously quoted me (~$90 + tax). They apologized and said it was their mistake, and then STILL demanded $170. After 30 minutes of trying to understand how their self-admitted mistake meant that I had to pay nearly DOUBLE what I ordered they came down to around $130. I had no option to go somewhere else because at this point I needed my postcards immediately for my event. In the end, it took far more of my stressful time than it should have (plus *more* in order for me to write this review to protect other potential customers), cost me MORE money, and I got LESS product (plus lower final quality than I expected). They should've honored the original quote, instead of admitting their mistake and then demanding more money from me. A completely despicable way of running a business.

Very very Bad service! Gave them work to make my business cards and pay separately for design and printing. Their designer make a design and send me to approval, after then real drama starts I requested to do few changes to make it look better and they rejected completely and refused me to return my deposit back. After calling so many times to return my money back they start making excuses. So guys stay away from these people, once they suck your money, it will never return you back no matter what.

I love these people, they are very accommodating of my needs! I didn't have enough to pay for my plans and she just told me to just come back later. 4 weeks later I came back after I forgot to go back. She was still very nice to just accept my money and move on.

I'm not impressed. I stood at the counter for at least 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The lady had her back facing me and the young employee was facing me, but further behind her. The younger employee looked at me but ignored me. The older lady didn't hear me say excuse me for a minute. Finally.... The older lady noticed me. I came here to get some documents bounded. She didn't have any hard covers or thick plastic covers so I settled for the next best - the thickest paper she had. I was told the work would take approximately 15 min. Well, it took 45 min. Yes, 45-frickin-min to bind a small booklet. Why? Well instead of telling me that the machine was broken and to give me a choice of waiting or coming back, she decided to do it by hand. It's awfully kind of her to get the work done, but not very considerate. I was on my lunch break and had I known it would take as long as it did, I would have came back. Instead, she kept telling me "5 more minutes." After it was done, she disclosed that the machine was broken and all the binding jobs were sent to the other shop, which is why none of the good covers were at this shop. Okay, that's nice. Total came out to be $17+ I've never had anything bound so I don't know if that's decent or not. What I am more peeved about was wasting time. It's not good business practice to not inform clients of proper wait time. She should have told me about her machine being broken instead of turning a 15 min job into a 45 min one. She also should have been honest with the time estimate instead of saying "5 more min" when it turned out to be 20 more. Not ok.

By far the worst service I've ever received I called and asked for a quote to print 50 funeral programs. They quoted me 53$ and said they can have them printed in 3 hours . I fix my programs email it to them and first they can't open it then when I resend it I ask if It looks clear and the pictures aren't blurred on their end and the person I speak to tells me yes so I drive all the way to the place to finalize the details to pick up my programs once I get there the page they show me is blurry now I have to wait for the graphic designer to come back to fix it and I will be charged an additional $25 I speak to Bella and she says if she can overlay on the PDF she would only charge me five dollars since it was a simple thing she could do and she was not a graphic designer. So I told her go ahead if you can fix it do it I'll pay the five dollars I ended up getting my programs printed it they charged me almost $90 that is just ridiculous I asked for a print out of what exactly I was being charged for and why it went from $50 to 90 and they tried to say that I was probably quoted on something wrong or something different (even though I had the voicemail with the quote) and that this was a price for what I was getting now, mind you the paper that it was printed out was thin and it wasn't even the paper I had called to get a quote on I kept asking what was the difference between the papers and I kept getting talk to in circles. They just don't know how to price things and will tell you something to get you into the door and the final price will be almost double what they quoted you on which is very unfair. I was already dealing with the loss of my grandmother and to have to deal with this unprofessionalism made the experience even worse I will never ever go back to this shop again I do not recommend it definitely take your things to kinkos or FedEx to get your prints done!! that was a ridiculous experience but I truly believe in Karma. And I know that they will pay for what they do to people and how they take advantage of them!!! Never going there again!!!
