We came to Lazy Dog tonight to celebrate my son’s 21st Birthday we had such a great experience! The staff was great, the manager came out and greeted us and made us feel welcomed, and the food was awesome! We will definitely be coming back!

Dined in at the bar on 3/28 after running some errands. The lady with glasses working at the bar, (unfortunately, I did not get her name), provided me with mediocre service. I initially thought that she may have been having a rough day until she gave the couple that came in after me exceptional service. I even overheard the couple saying how wonderful she was to them.
That was the last straw for me because I feel that great customer service should be provided straight across the board. I felt very judged because she would literally ask the couple next to me how they were doing on their meals, and then completely walk pass and ignored me! Absolutely appalling service.
The food was decent, ambiance was acceptable, however, the poor customer service was a dealbreaker. Not sure if I would consider returning.

Went there last night (1/18/24) to meet up with friends, was not crowded. We were seated right away. Brielle our waitress was very friendly and took excellent care of us, we got our orders very quickly. Would highly recommend coming here, prices are very reasonable and the quality and quantity is amazing, you won’t leave hungry.

The relaxed atmosphere enhanced our dining experience. We were seated and eating our meal in less than 20 minutes. Brandon, our server, checked on us several times and at the end of the meal made an excellent dessert recommendation, the apple berry pie and ice cream. We did not have to ask for anything, Brandon anticipated what we needed and made sure to get it to us. I would return to this restaurant based solely on his thoughtful and friendly service.

This is somewhat misleading. Basically, it's Lazy Dog restaurant take-out. Once I realized that, I found another place nearby and ordered a sandwich to go. We really do need healthy road trip food options that aren't the usual not-so-healthy fast food.

Food was great! Our server was very nice, she made sure the drinks we ordered were good and brought a sample of the beer she had suggested beforehand so we could sample it first. I would advise anyone to know that they are located inside Lazy Dog as I was looking for a dseparate building for the bowls.

The fabulous service at lazy dog is unique and memorable, and I will be back. I placed an order through the website at the Fresno location. It included a Caesar salad, and my order was delivered without salad dressing. I called and spoke to someone who then referred me to the manager, Lori. Lori assured me that the Caesar dressing at Lazy Dog is the best, it’s homemade, and that I can’t have my salad without it. She personally delivered the dressing to my hotel’s lobby, and brought so much positive energy that it made my night even though I was very hungry & my order was missing something. Lori handed me the bag and informed me that she put a chocolate mousse dessert in the bag. She then proceeded to hand the hotel manager some appetizer coupons for Lazy Dog. Needless to say, more peoples’ nights were made than just mine. Lori’s incredible, caring service is something to be celebrated! Customer service is hard, and it’s hard to find good service. Thank you Lori for putting in so much effort to make people smile!

I randomly came across this and it's is made through Lazy Dog. Pretty cool! Something different to try. Many different bowls and I you can order more besides that. Desserts, TV meals, etc. Order and pay online after you pick what you want and then you schedule the day and time that you would like to pick it up. I ordered the Chili Crunch Ahi Tuna bowl to pick up tomorrow (1/2/23) at 11am. The soonest you can pick. Really easy to do. From there, after paying, an email and text is sent to you to verify. Park in a designated spot and text "here."Did that. Spots are right on the side of Lazy Dog Restaurant. Received a text right afterwards that it would be brought and it was right after. Handed over along with good day wishes! Pretty awesome! Convenient! Lunchtime! Split order and it looks really fresh and delicious! My half was just that! Fresh and delicious! Flavorful! Even more so with the sauce included! Mother said her half was great! For the same reasons I said. Great, convenient order and pick up service and delicious Chili Crunch Ahi Tuna bowl! Highly recommended!

Fantastic service!!!! Food was pretty good but all around 5 star service I completely forgot his name but he took care of my party of 12 and everything was amazing had drink refills and he joked around very great job. Wish I remembered his name

My burger and Cajun fries were perfectly cooked the way I like it. Our server did not check up on us as much even though she walked by often attending a bigger table. But I guess it gave my friend and I more time to chat.
