Wow!!! What a great experience today at Robertitos on Jensen. Was running long at work and needed a bite to eat. Drove thru for a quick burrito and the staff was just awesome!! The food was fresh even at 6pm. Great experience!

I had to pay for salsa cups after my order came out to 40+ dollars I just canceled by the time I got to the window to pay because I see that I had to pay for salsa cups!!! I think 2 should come with a meal or even one if they wanna be that tight on the pockets… the rest paid for especially when u have a big order why should we pay for the salsa cups ??

I always buy breakfast burritos at Arsenios I get steak and there big. Roberto’s ordered same burrito. Half the size and no meat inside!!! Very disappointing I will never eat at any Roberto’s !! Arsenios way better!! Waste of $10 breakfast burrito!! And they charge for salsa even 1

Foods ok but in the early morning hrs they sometimes only selling nachos are there in there and not serving yet when there clam open 24hrs a lot around 4
My burrito was made faster than a McDonald's burger. Not a good thing. Meat was undercooked and cheese wasn't melted. Not good and over priced.

I eat here and notice when the guy take my order he rude & my food is skimpy. The girls are nice. The guy yelled hear me the other time and left me at the window for 10 minutes. I had to honk and the girl came and took my order. This type of service is ridiculous. I have a disability and should be treated with respect like other customers.

Ordered food on 11/21/2023 , came home and found multiple hair in tacos. Ordered food again on 11/23/2023 and requested the lady at the drive thru if the cook can double check the food before giving to her to give it to me and she became annoyed and rude saying for me to check it myself. Yikes.
