So far the worse visit to date, pizza was very late and the quality of the pizza was pretty bad.The young lady the brought the pizza out for the plates and the 3rd trip tp the table she slammed the plates.Round table pizza, please retrain your staff.

Stay away from delivery and terrible customer service. Ordered 1 large pizza for delivery, an hour later I get a text my pizzas one the way through door dash. So the door dash driver either stole my pizza or delivered to the wrong address. Called the store to ask about my pizza they Said was already delivered and they can't do anything. Never got my pizza. I did get a refund but after 8 years of my buisness, Me n eds it is.

5 stars for the two gentlemen running the restaurant by themselves. Not only did they take two parties & attended the bar & all the walk in(walk-in parties too)But they bussed the tables, cooked, & handled customers upfront! No attitude they did give everyone a fair warning that the food was going to take a bit to come out. But they were very polite and positive! Management needs to acknowledge their work! Workers like them very few in this world! Thank youI don’t know their names but I was there 02/24 from 1-3 pm! Oh and the food was delicious!!!

Ordered a pizza-quoted 45 minute delivery. After 1 hour and 15 minutes we called. Oh it’s on its way. 30 minutes later “the delivery service” said they threw the cool pizza at him. 2 hours.

Went to Round table at first n Bullard to meet some people. My wife n I ordered a medium pepperoni n sausage pizza, 2 Salads, 2 sodas ($42 before tip) and this is what we got. One of the worst finished pizzas I have ever seen. I did not send it back because it would have just been thrown away n didn't want to waste food. I did however tell the girl to let the cook know this was a horribly made pie. Toppings so uneven, sparse, two pieces basically no cheese n another two half I cheese. Easily the worst pizza I've ever had. And after I stated it was horribly made, but kept it to not waste, there was no reply, no sorry, nothing. Our group used to overload this place and bring in serious business weekly but obviously they don't care, and the cook truly couldn't care less what he/she puts out based on this wreck. No pride at all. Be sure to send your pizza back and have them make it properly if you get one of these wastes of money. The 3-4 pieces that had cheese n toppings tasted good but at least half was inconsistent n not tasty. Don't have to come back here anymore with all the other pizza places in town.

I waited over an hour after my PICK UP TIME told me, just for the manager to let me know that my order hadn't even been started yet after one of her employees had told me it was coming out. ROUND Table, it's disgusting how bad of service this location provides. I had to cancel my order or wait another hour for my pizza to be made. Ridiculous

HORRIBLENESS!!! Where was the manager or the employees? From 3:30 PM until 7 PM the line was ridiculous! I had to wait 30 mins for some FN ranch and 45 mins before i left IN LINE... to pay my beer tab!! 1 cashier/food runner/phone answering person, THE WHOLE TIME!!! Just sad how 1 person had to deal with all this alone! Shame on yourselves sorry ass management and business! 1st and last time!

I haven't had Roundtable in about 2 decades, it was just as good as I remember it. Priced a little higher, but we'll worth it. The staff was excellent, it was late afternoon so not crowded. I liked that. I felt it was a good experience, one take away was that the soda was flat. But friend loved the beer wall! Would go back again, very soon.

It seems like Round Table has fallen to unfettered capitalism, where quality and customer service take a back seat in the name of profit, which inevitably leads to the business becoming crappy. Ordering by phone goes to a call center in India, which results in them giving timelines for delivery/pick-up that might not reflect the reality of what is going on at the specific location. But hey, why have enough staffing to run the restaurant effectively when you can save a few bucks by paying people in Bangalore to take all the orders for the entire chain? The website is no better, as their system also doesn't reflect how busy they may be at any given time. I've had a 20 minute estimate for pick-up become a 90 minute ordeal. On occasions where wait time isn't an issue, the overall quality of the food has also taken a hit. I don't know if this is because they're using lower-quality ingredients, not giving their employees the resources they need to be successful (whether that's adequate staffing or simply decent treatment), or cutting corners in other ways; regardless they've gone from what I considered to be a top-tier pizza place to something not worth spending the money on. It should be noted that I've never had a bad experience with the actual employees at this location. They've always been kind and helpful (as well as apologetic when insane delays have occurred). I just think they're stuck between a rock and a hard place (following the crappy rules of their employer or not having a job) Maybe someone from corporate, the franchise owner, or the store manager will see this and feel the slightest pang of guilt about this. Probably not though, as they're still getting paid.

After 20 mins employee asked me “what I’m waiting for?” Gave info and she said it’s on its way. Then 10 more mins and noting so I asked again and this time no one knew where my pizza was had to show my paid receipt for what I ordered. Then they started making it by this time it’s been 1hr since online order and 36 mins since I called in and paid. Took well over a hour for pizza Beware as very unacceptable customer service.
