I had an issue with my last order so they offered me a free medium on my next order. I'm not going to say too much here because the situation was a little unique, there were hiccups... but James got on the phone, heard me out and made it happen. He didn't have to believe me, he didn't have to do much but he went above and beyond and he did it the whole time with a smile on his face. Round table Pizza was very good to us. They are our local pizza place and they actually had good availability for our party of 32. They were on time with the pizzas and very nice to us. I could give them a 10 stars. Way to go round table
