This is the third time I eat at this place, every single time I order something different (tacos). En every time I fell like there is something wrong. Finally today I concluded that is the tortillas they use for their tacos. The taco is not the best but they are not bad. What’s wrong with their tacos is the tortillas they use, they taste like cardboard. They need to find other brand. Also it seems like there is two chefs for their recipes one that likes salt and the other doesn’t because their beans have no salt at all and their chips are salty. Can you take some of the salt from the hips and put it in the beans? I guess I will give them a 4th chance before stop coming to this place.

I rarely give one star. The fish tacos were so soggy it was literally mush. Way too much sauce on the taco, also. The guacamole was literally smashed avocado with no seasoning- which, okay, I could live with from a cheaper establishment. The location itself was a disaster, the salsa bar completely empty, and the cashier was so rude to another customer. I will not be returning.

I used to eat here every week for many years. I would take full advantage of their fish taco deal.I once crammed 11 tacos into my face in one sitting and had not a single regret about my questionable decision. Ha ha!Up until just recently, the fish tacos were all I had tried here.I can honestly say their burritos are quite tasty, although a bit on the smaller side portion wise.All of their salsas are really good. The salsa bar was extra clean and very well stocked and maintained.They have this mango punch as well as lemonade that are super good and refreshing. The staff here are super friendly and patient. The guy at the counter gave us a lot of pointers and helped us save money as well.We will continue to frequent this location.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options as well as plant based meat you can substitute for any other protein on the menu.Dietary restrictions: They are more than accommodating about restrictions.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of goodies for kids, even somewhat picky ones.

I mistakenly removed guac from my order not realizing it was already included (the price remained the same). When I told the employees that was a mistake, they charged me for the guac (almost $4 extra). 0/10 customer service.

Rubios riverpark great service Staff always friendly. Food taste good don't think you can go wrong with anything in the menu. They are always introducing new menu items. Ingredients are fresh. It's at a great location to eat outdoors or inside. Lots of windows right on the corner next to World Market and Starbucks. Classic Taco Trio is the way to go. Thanks

The customer service is horrible at this location. Food was cold, the guy with the glasses wasn't very kind and had a horrible attitude. Tables had trash, food, and sauce all over the tables. Visalia location is so much better.
