My husband and I came to this location 2nd to last day it was going to close. They'll only have the Clovis location open. Anyways, we had a nice chat with the owner and he was so awesome. The environment was welcoming and the food was delicious. We enjoyed every moment of it and we will be visiting the other location. We wish nothing but the best. And as always, support local small businesses.

Everything I've tried has been delicious. Pop chicken is a must, the miso is amazing, the sushi is so good, the udon, the spicy chicken... everything. no misses.

We went yesterday for dinner. For a Friday night we were the only people in the place, which was kind of surprising. But after we got the food I kind of understood why. The sushi was decent. It wasn’t the worst I’ve had, and definitely not the best. Im not sure why the reviews are so high, because it was pretty lackluster. The servers were really nice though. What really made upset was the fact that we paid $12 for an instant udon soup that I could easily get at Costco. I’m pretty sure they sell those at Costco as a 6 pack. When I order udon from a restaurant, I’m expecting actual udon. Not an instant udon thing that you add boiling water to and then serve to someone. It was honestly shocking as I’m pretty sure you can’t resell those things. So anyways we will not be coming back for the overly priced average sushi and fake udon.

Sushi was delicious however this restaurant, no longer does all you can eat so it is extremely expensive.

Wonderful food, great people nice and calm. TV good movie. Just a hole different place, then the others. They care about what your experience is they explain the dish to you if you're not sure of something they'll even help you pick something if you're not sure it's very very nice

Middle of the road sushi. Not the worst. Not the best. Service is good with friendly people. Restaurant was clean enough.

The food is decent, the service is incredible. I would say food is about three, and service is about a five. My guest and I arrived around 12:35 PM. There is about eight people in the restaurant. The restaurant looked clean however a lot of the seating had holes in it. We were warmly greeted by the staff and when I asked what I should order, was given some great recommendations. I really do have to say, the staff was incredible. Kiki helped me and my guest, made some incredible suggestions, and was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. She was by far the best thing about this restaurant. I had a large bento box with gyoza, bonzai chicken wings, salmon, rice, salad, add miso soup. The miso soup was a little bit salty for my taste, but pretty good. The salmon and wings were over cooked, the rice was just okay. The salad had way too much dressing. However, the dressing was delicious. It's worth ordering the salad, just have them place the dressing on the side. The California roll was exactly what I was expecting from a California roll, with the exception of the race didn't taste like sushi rice. Of course I'm a little picky about my sushi rice, because I went to sushi school. So maybe other people wouldn't notice. All in all, this place is mediocre food with exceptional service. For what I paid, I could've easily of gone to a nicer sushi restaurant, and received much better food. Personally, I'd rather go to a place with crappy service, and exceptional food. With that said, if you're looking for a very quick meal, with decent sushi, this isn't a bad option.

Was worried about quality but food was fresh and miso soup was super good! I'd go back for sure

This is the go to spot when I meet my wife for lunch. The food never disappoints. I've had several different sushi rolls and bento boxes. All have been delicious and the staff is awesome. Always polite and helpful. This place is great all around.

Got the party tray for my birthday, extremely disappointing! The sushi rice was almost rock hard, tasted like it was days old. All the rolls were bland, I've had more flavorful sushi from the supermarket. Would absolutely not recommend this place, dinner was ruined!

The roll was good yet small and dry. The service was quick enough for lunch but the $$.#Dragon Queen

So we came looking for a treat and a drink about a week ago and it looked so different than the other location, I was wowed! So I came back cause I saw they had different items than the Clovis location . Now I am really judging this off of the fact I feel like the Clovis location is more fast/casual and this seems it wants to be a full restaurant/ hangout. I saw they had takoyaki and I've been trying to find a good place for this all over town and unfortunately I am still looking. The takoyaki for one is $10 and they only give you 4 and they were barley bigger than a quarter. Plus flavor on the inside was just no good, more like raw dough flavor. I also got the Sunkist roll and opted to pay $19 for 10 pieces. For the price of the roll the quality and taste just wasn't there. Normally I wouldn't get a roll that is baked but the salmon on top was way over cooked . Not sure about prices on the beers but it did look cool and they have it where you can pull your own beer , even though it didn't look like they had that many on tap anymore.

Worst sushi experience. First time here. Excited about using a self pour beer wall, only to be told that 1. They only had a couple of selections 2. They have to pour the beer for me because of covid, which makes zero sense because the soda machine is self serve. So I opted for a bottled beer. Only to be told that their fridge is broken and everything is warm. So beer with ice it is. Haven't had that since I was in a third world country. The food was overpriced. A small bowl of seemingly microwaved calamari was $8. The poke bowl was smaller than the small at most poke places. The sushi grade fish tasted like their fridge in the back must have been broken as well. They got my son's order wrong, and instead of fixing it on them, they said we could pay for another order. I am far from a picky consumer, but this was the absolute worst and the yelp rating really needs to be updated.
