My Ribey steak was a little tough mashed potatoes were dry around the sides and I asked for gravy but they don't have it but the waitress was great ?

The food is good, I have been going with my 3 year old reasonably priced all you can eat soup bar. And my 3 year old eats free. Just the service is lacking as the server doesn't seem to come around until I'm at least 2 plates in, And if you're familiar with sizzlers, you know that they offer free cheesebread. So with this in mind, after 2 plates of food, you really don't want any cheesebread . It's a disappointment that they don't come right when you sit down to ask you, then you can enjoy your cheese bread and salad bar all together. Another weird thing that sizzler does is before you even know how the service is going to be you have to leave your tip and whatever tip you pick.They give you cash for it.They're unique. Good food bad service!

I haven't been to Sizzler in more than 5 years. Was surprised by the food being good and fresh. Remodel is nice but not a lot of room. Everywhere I turned, I was right next to someone or had to wait for them to move so I could pass. The place wasn't packed at all for that. Maybe the remodel cramped the place.

The new design was nice but I didn't like the service too much. It took a while for her to come to our table. The steak wasn't very good either. I asked for med well it came pink. The salad bar was great though. I don't think we'll be going back any time soon.

Me and my family got food poisoning. When I called to let them know they accused us of lying, even though we didn’t ask for a refund or anything. Just wanted to let them know. Pretty sure they’re aware, it was a pretty big let down
