I wish I can give this a zero. I was excited to see Slater's in Fresno while visiting the area since we didn't get to try the one in Vegas. However, the service was beyond HORRIBLE. I pride myself in being a good tipper especially when the service is good and even tip when is ahhh/okay. This was far one of the worst experience I've ever experienced. Will I come back? Definitely NO. We were seated promptly . After maybe 10 min, was told we needed to move because they had our table already reserve. Ok, no big deal. We moved, still no acknowledgment that someone will be with us. Waited...waited...waited... Mind you... when we arrived it was not crazy busy (they had multiple empty tables). Our waiter finally came by and was like I'll be right back. Disappeared for a bit, came back to get hour drink orders but we were already ready to order since we've been there for almost 30 min. When your orders start to show up before even getting your water, you know it's going to be pretty crappy when it started off bad. We wanted to try their shakes and desserts since it was our first time there and won't be back to the area for a long time. When we had order our food, we told our waiter to go ahead and put in the dessert order when our food arrive. We were practically done with our meal, no refill, no one checking in, and our waiter was NO where to be found. We had to go up the register and ask if the desserts were ever put in??? Was it?? NO. Did I tip?? NO. Will I go back? NO. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I get it, I work in the service industry as well but sheesh...but when your kids even notice how poorly the service is pretty shameful.

I enjoy my time at Slaters 50/50 the service by bartender Taryn was exceptional, she is very attentive to the customers in the bar area, she is very respectful and talkative

Was super excited to try this place out after seeing it on TV and around the SoCal area. We found ourselves in Fresno and was surprised to find Slater's here at the mall. We had a late lunch here and there were only two other groups besides us. Got sat down and ordered a regular bacon burger with some fries and a cobb salad. Given the sparse crowd, it took super long to get our food out. I'm sure there's only one cook at this time of day, but as I looked around, it seemed the other groups already had their food. So I dunno. Food finally comes out, waitress left it on the table without a word. Oh by the way, our server did not wanna be at work today. Not rude, just no engagement from her. Food looked amazing. If the review was based on presentation and looks alone, five stars for sure. Dug in and it was just okay. It's a blended burger, which I personally didn't care for. But burgers are for sure based on individual tastes, so YMMV. I finished most of it. I can't even explain it. Not the best, but not the worst either. Fries were ok, nothing to write home about. Funny thing, I enjoyed the salad the most. Tons of ingredients they certainly didn't skimp on. But really fresh and delicious. I'll probably try a different location at some point, but I wasn't crazy about my late lunch experience here.

My favorite place to get a burger. I am gluten intolerant and although they do not provide gluten-free buns, their lettuce wraps are a delicious alternative. I generally get the sweet potato fries, but their regular or garlic are good too.

I was thinking I need a good burger and shake in my life. Slater's did not disappoint. McD's can not compete at this level. The Lucky mint shake (which is not in season anymore) was the best minty shake. The burger was great, juicy, and done to order. The Brussel sprouts were great too. No complaints from the kids if you are trying to get them to eat their greens.
The burgers' texture seems like they have been frozen. The meat is dense, dry and grey. I ordered the hi-brow burger and they forgot the blue cheese (integral to my choice). It wasn't bad, but my expectations were definitely not met. A chain built on good burgers, should have juicy, perfectly cooked burgers. The apps were good, the Mac n cheese balls and Brussels sprouts. Drinks were good as well. Probably won't return, takes a lot to impress me with a burger, but someone with a simple palate, would probably love it. Let the simple masses flock. If you have elevated tastes, go somewhere else.

This place was a total flop. We got here at about 6:30ish to have dinner and were very disappointed. Ordered an appetizer didnt have all the sides. We then ordered our meal didnt have guacamole, my son wanted a pepperoni pizza didnt have pepperoni. We ended up just leaving. I did appreciate that they gave us the appetizer on the house. Just very disappointed.

Bar service is horrible! I sat there for 5 minutes and listened to the bartender blab to her friends and coworkers. Never asked me if I wanted a drink so I left and went over to Cheesecake Factory, and happily paid more for better service. This is not the first time that has happened. I'm done going there for good.

We was served with a very friendly and nice lady called Kara, she explained all our enquiries we had clearly and effectively. she served us very happily and gave us the experience we was expecting. The food was 10/10 and will definitely be coming back.

They don't check IDS very well at the bar they served TEQUILA to my 17 year old nephew. Down right ridiculous. I caught him while I was out with friends.
