I only get the Vente Matcha green tea frappe, I almost always go through the drive-through but they just increased the price by a dollar but at least the employees got a 4 dollar raise.

I did a mobile order. When I arrived at the mobile pick up station. I was not greeted, I was not acknowledged by any employees who saw me from over the counter or in front of me. I patiently waited, watched their work flow, watched their work ethic, & they all were not too busy to be able to help. They all had their heads down & avoid any customer eye contact. When I walked in there was one other customer in line who just made their order before I arrived. The drive thru was not long either because I saw no cars extending out from the corner or a vehicle at the pickup window.

You'd think given Starbucks reputation that they would want to keep up the appearance in their facility. The location at Shaw and 41 in Fresno was dirty. The floor had trash all over on the and some of the tables were dirty as well. There were only a few people inside and this could have been taken care of in a matter of minutes. They need to take a little more pride in their location.

customer service has gone downhill. The girls don’t know how to work with the homeless in panhandlers. I think some new employees are getting trained, which is why their service isn’t as productive as it could be.needs a refresher in customer
