I whipped it to Starbucks for an iced black tea, but unfortunately my experience was not quite up to snuff.While the staff were friendly and efficient in taking my order, the tea itself did not hit the spot. It was made incorrectly, and the result was a whack drink. The flavor of the tea was weak and yet had a bitter taste at the same time, which was quite disappointing.Thankfully, I was able to use my never-ending gift card to pay for my drink, so at least I didn't have to spend any extra money on it.The atmosphere at Starbucks is always inviting and the convenience of being able to grab a quick drink on the go is always much appreciated. However, in this case, the quality of the drink itself was not up to par.Overall, I would give my visit to Starbucks a 3 star review. While the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was inviting, the incorrect preparation and subpar flavor of my iced black tea left something to be desired.

Selling no actual coffee anymore. Have downgraded their 3 coffees from dark roast to medium, changed the coffee mix and all to compete with the paint store. Wrong decision.
