Ever since this location opened it has been the best one I’ve been to. I even moved father and I still make the drive to this one because they’ve never messed up an order, are exceptionally kind, and very fast.

Employees are rude, I saw an employee give the middle finger to a guy on the sidewalk minding his own business. Two employees used vulger sign language. This is terrible, I have higher expectations for Fresno.

Co-worker and I placed our order at the same time. I had to wait 15 minutes longer than them for my order. If our orders were placed at the same time, why would I have to wait longer. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE AT THE SAME TIME!

Ordered a frozen lemonade. Line was very long and took quite a while to get from the order box to the window. By the time I got my drink, it had already separated... it was not good.

This location needs some serious training! I don't frequent Starbucks very much, maybe once a week as a treat. During the last few visits I was given regular instead of decaf, it tasted a little different so I looked on the sticker label on the cup, sure enough, it was regular. Don't get me wrong, I love caffeinated coffee and miss it so very much, unfortunately, due to heart meds I'm currently taking, I can't drink any caffeinated drinks,I was too far away to go back so I stopped at another Starbucks and ordered a fresh cup. Then there was today, I ordered my usual at this location, when they handed me the coffee, I noticed that she was holding the cup with 2 hands, one holding the lid, the other holding the bottom, usually they are holding just the bottom, but I figured she was new, I took the coffee tried to set it in my cup holder and the lid popped off, spilling hot coffee all over me and the inside of my car. My fingers are still throbbing as I write this review. I don't mind dents in my car, but coffee with extra cream in my carpet will most likely sour. That's a shame, I work so hard to keep my truck cleanI won't be returning to this location, it's too dangerous!Maybe it's time to try Dutch Bros.

I understand giving people chances, but Farrin as the manager here is a big no for me. She is so rude and REALLY needs to work on customer service skills and how she talks to people. 0/10 for bad personality and rude service.

This location is very busy all day, so use the app if you are in a rush. The staff really do a good job keeping up with all the orders, but no matter what, there will be a wait. The inside of the store is clean and well maintained and the drinks are up to starbucks standards.

This location has its moments but when you purposely leave my drink half way of making it and not get to it for about 10 minutes, resulting in me waiting for 15 minutes, and being late to work, that's not fair or right. I understand it's rush time, but you should go in order.. You ruined my morning and got me in trouble. So, thank you to the Caucasian girl with the shoulder-length blonde hair. I appreciate it.

Busy location, that's for sure! But the baristas are on it and the wait isn't bad. Don't have a wreck in the parking lot, it gets chaotic.Parking: Congested, flow isn't good between the drive through entrance and exit.
