The baristas here are annoyingly engrossed in personal conversations to the detriment of literally any customer service. I watched a male barista, let's call him top knot, distract a new employee already being trained by another barista, then he distracts the line baristas by pulling them all to the drive thru window to have a personal conversation with one of their friends, only to make my drink completely wrong and then leave my food in the microwave to continue said conversation out of the drive thru window. I've never seen such productive unproductivness before that it's astounding. I'm all for chatting with coworkers to make the day pass, but not being able to clear a simple order is uselessness as it's peak...

The drive thru is slow and has to worry about other stuff instead of taking my card for my coffee I see sitting there!! I just left since they weren't concerned about speed or customer satisfaction!!!!

Tried to have a business meeting here but had to leave when we got out drinks because the sound coming from the speakers was giving me a headache with how loud and out of tune the speakers are sounds like someone just turned up the low frequencies all the way.. if I was in charge of this establishment I would fix this right away to provide a more welcoming environment for your patrons

If you want incorrect drive thru orders, this is the place. Want a venti? Too bad! You're getting a grande. Asking for oatmeal? Unless you like it extra dry af, ask them to not forget to add water! This is every single time I've ever gone in the A.M. Why do I still keep going you might wonder? They're drive thru is not too busy compared to others. It doesn't take long to get your incorrect order. Oh, and it's on my 45 minute commute. I haven't found any other coffee drive thru's on the south side of Shaw, up to West Ave.

New Starbucks right off of HWY99 exit 173 , Friendly Staff , grabbed a BOGO drink and couple baked items, inside spacious and logo items stocked with mugs , tumblers etc Quick Service

Wonderful store great employees such a shame to see one person in the drive-through with a chip on their shoulder arguing with a customer. Such a small thing can cause such great harm to a business. Why is an employee of a store I am frequenting arguing with me about what I ordered?

The drive-thru attendant was completely disrespectful to the people who were waiting in line because she was chatting with a friend at the service window. They exchanged several laughs and the attendant even showed photos of her own cell phone. She was definitely a friend and it took her ages just to get a simple drink.

The lady at the drive thru window was chatting with the car in front of me who seems he her friend. They gave her the order and they still chatted for about 5 minutes showing pictures from her cellphone. Unbelievable that Starbucks allows employees do that while there’s a massive line at the drive thru.

Some lazy people work here. I called to order a traveler for the next morning the barista said they can’t take an order for the next morning. Shame that this company has changed, i used to work at Starbucks just 5 years ago and that was not the policy. Taking an order for a traveler would not give the barista any additional work, it would just give a heads up to the morning shift that there is a batch of traveler that they need to make. Never going to this starbucks ever again 12.06.23

Had a great experience this morning at 4:30am when I went in for a drink and breakfast. I ordered the oatmilk apple crisp seasonal drink. When it came out i noticed that it looked weird. I had a feeling something was up. I am lactose intolerant so I asked the barista if it was made with oatmilk or regular milk and it looked like all the blood in her face drained. She accidentally made it with whole milk. She apologized and made me a new one. I didn't take a sip until I was in my car, but when I did It was AWFUL. so bitter. I just couldn't drink it. So I decided to bring that one home to my teenager and go buy a different drink for myself. When I went back in and ordered a different drink. A different barista, SHAUN, made sure I liked my new drink and said it was on the house. I was shocked because I didn't complain about the other drink. I fully intended on buying a new drink. So I thought that was really cool of him. I really appreciated that. So all around, really good service. Especially at 4:30am!
