I ordered online , my daughter went to pick up the food and was told they don't have the pizza, so no sandwiches, either the lady smiled and said no, I canceled your order. My daughter got home with nothing. I called the store and was told to cancel online they have nothing on the site to cancel or support WOW. 2nd time. Definitely won’t go back again! Didn’t switch out gloves! She’s used dirty knives, we asked for a toasted sandwich she put it in the toaster for 5sec and took it out. She had tuna on her gloves from the previous sandwich and nope never again. Just horrible all around! Literally threw my sandwich & money away.
