Workers were really nice and welcoming. Food was just disappointing unfortunately. We ordered 4 asada tacos and 1 asada burrito. Boring flavor and a lot of gristle.

The first time I came here, I tried the queso birria tacos - which come with a cup of consommé for dipping - and enjoyed them very much. This time, I ordered some street-style tacos with carne asada (beef steak), pastor (marinated pork), carnitas (braised pork), and tripas (tripe). Unfortunately, the tripas were just terrible! It smelled and tasted like the a** of a sweaty pig or farm animal (or what I would imagine so). A hard pass next time.

This is the worst place I have ever been. I would. Not recommend this to anyone! Their meat was old and the tortillas smelled bad. Eat at your own risk!

Spotted Ta Chignon Taqueria on the corner of Olive & Clovis and decided to give it a try. For three items, our total came out to almost $40. The wait was about 10-15 minutes. What we got + what we thought: Asada Fries (3/5): Presentation was poor compared to other food trucks. There were slices of carrots and daikon radish which was different, but overall the taste was decent. *we asked for no jalapeños; they put jalapeños*we asked for red sauce - they said they would give us 6; they gave us 4Asada Burrito (2.5/5): Tortilla tasted cheap and hard. Meat did not seem fresh. Chicken Quesadilla (0/5): Tortilla was EXTREMELY hard and the chicken was dry. The ingredients were not spread at all-- I would take one bite of only chicken then one bite of only cheese. $40 for three items was pretty pricey, especially since we didn't finish our food. I should've checked the reviews before trying out this place.

Dont ever waste your money on this tacos. We ordered an asada quesadilla the meat was so old that as I cut open the quesadilla stunk! I was like maybe is just me. But my husband and my daughter could smell the old meat. Then I said well maybe the carnitas tacos are not that bad. The tortillas smelled weird , had a horrible smell. We were so disgusted that we didn't even eat the ceviche the pescado because if that is not fresh you can get food poisoning. This is a horrible food truck, I'm all about supporting locals but never again. And it was pricey and we don't live closed by to come back and get our money back. We threw away $45.

I always wanted to stop at this place since I always pass by it , I finally stopped by today and man this food was terrible. I ordered 2 asada tacos, 2 carnita tacos and ordered 1 Birria queso taco. Everything was dry, no flavor, cilantro on the tacos were old and welted. The asada looked like it was old meat and the carnitas I'm not even kidding you it looked like boiled shredded chicken. I ordered a horchata as well and it is a dark brown color like a ice coffee that just tast like cinnamon and water. This was the worst meal I have had in a very long time, and prices were not cheap either. Please do not eat here you will be disappointed.

Very bad service! The lady was extremely rude NEVER going back again! The meat didnt have any flavor!!!! I orderered 1 burrito and has more rice than meat. 1 asada fries not good. When I asked for just chicken in a side the lady yelled like asking what do you mean the portion of two tacos, 3, 1???? Annoying!!!! Also i asked for 1 pinapple drink and 1 horchata and gave me 2 horchatas!!!!!!!!! Too pricey

Stopped by because of the convenient location and regretted it. Meat had no flavor in the taco and the burrito had almost no carne. At the end of the transaction my food was 30% higher than the menu price. Be careful.

Just had the best tripa tacos I've had in a very long time!! This place is straight fire!! They have everything! Even quesabirria and cabeza! Soooooo damn GOOD!! Didn't have time to take picture of the tacos because I ate them so fast! Service was fantastic and food came out super fast! Located at the Arco on Clovis and olive! GO NOW! You can thank me late. FACT: I'm super picky with my tacos and was reluctant to come here because of the reviews and I was most definitely proven wrong and so thankful I tried it anyways!

Got a burrito and it was more rice than anything, didn't have much flavor either. For the price i'd pass.

I have come here several times as it's what's closest to work, and the service has always been bad. The wait times are long, which normally doesn't bother me, but on one occasion, I was waiting 20 minutes while people who showed up after me got served first. I made the mistake of asking how much longer it was going to take, as I only had a 30-minute lunch. I meant Well and never demanded anything, I just wanted to see if I could wait or just leave back to work. Today, I was humiliated in front of everyone, the lady who takes the order was very rude and demeaning when I went up to order due to the precious incident. The food is not good, service is horrible. Food is bland and gross but it was my only chouice at the time. Do not recommend. Tacolandia is just a block away, go there instead.

We ordered 1 asada taco, 1 pastor taco, 2 cabeza tacos, and a birria ramen. All the food was very bland and over cooked to the point of being dry. The tortillas for the tacos were cold and seemingly spent no time on the grill and the consume for the ramen was mediocre at best. I was very hungry coming into this meal and it is still hard to find a redeeming quality of this food.
