This is the best hidden gem in Fresno! I’ve been coming here for years but am finally leaving a review after coming and celebrating my anniversary with my fiancée. They have an excellent tequila, wine, spirits selection. I mean come on, their well is Arette Blanco! Food is always delicious — they support local and get their produce at the farmers market. Service is astounding, everything is on point. Thank you Tabachines for a memorable anniversary dinner.

I don't usually post reviews, but this was an amazing dining experience! Not only was the food unique and delicious, the service was above and beyond. Getting tequila pairings for our meal from the sommelier (who told us all about the tequilas we were drinking) was a really special experience. Will definitely be returning!

We went to Tabachines Cocina to celebrate my birthday. Restaurant had a crisp clean atmosphere. Service was great, food and drinks were excellent. Flavor was delicious although portions were small. We ordered the ceviche, salmon, and shortribs. We had a great experience!Parking: Easy parking

Absolutely fantastic. We were served by I believe her name was Allegra? And Sam the manager very kindly held the door for my grandmother as we left. Absolutely above and beyond service. We were recommended some excellent drinks and food and I always enjoy a restaurant where I can't even imagine what the food tastes like. The butternut squash risotto was amazingly nutty and creamy, the lamb brissia tacos were to die for and the salsa selection they have is delicious. Not to mention the great piña cheesecake? So subtle! I look forward to going back and trying something new!

Went here for Sunday brunch. The food was really good. We tried the guacamole and salsa and it was great. The salsa was spicy. The salmon croquettes were delicious. The chili Relleno was ok. We didn’t enjoy it that much. The chorizo was excellent. Loved the fresh pressed coffee and fresh cream. The ambience is pleasant. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond.Highly recommended. Will definitely try their dinner.

Our Cadillac Margarita was perfect, shrimp tostadas, amazing, scallops, to die for, short ribs w/mashed potatoes and fresh greenbeans w/peanuts, out of this world. All in all, a great dining experience. We will definately be back!

We went to Tabachines Cocina to celebrate our 43rd anniversary. The food we ordered was excellent. Upon arriving at the restaurant we were seated. We waited for about 20 minutes. I finally asked a waiter if we could order. Our food came relatively quickly. It was so delicious, different and fresh. After ordering the service was markedly different. It was excellent. What a treat! We loved everything we ordered. Our favorite was the flan. So light, tasty and special. The ambiance was beautiful. My only suggestion is how noisy it is in this space. We think it is the acoustics. We highly recommend Tabachines Cocina! Can’t wait to go back.
