I went to Taco Bell about 1220am and the drive through line wasn’t that long maybe 4 cars in front of me but the wait time was about 15mins max when I got to the window the lady apologized for the wait and discounted my purchase on top of that my food was fresh and hot thank you the night shift is amazing

When did tacobell decide cheese on 3 chips is acceptable. Asked about it and they wanted me to pay another dollar to get see through amount of cheese on 3 more chips. No thank you. I'll take my money elsewhere.

This location used to be one of the best years ago. Now it's up and down. Last time I went the food was already cold right when they handed it to me at the drive thru. So awesome. These people going to get paid $20 an hour to hand off cold food is ridiculous. Thanks Gaven!

This lady got mad because (THEY) forgot my coffee on my online order after she made my coffee she slammed it on the front counter rolled her eyes and walked away no words to say lol funny people working
I went thru the drive thru last nite around 8pm and was looking at the menu. When The drive thru guy said he was ready to take our order, I told him I'm still looking at the menu and I would get his attention when I was ready to order. The drive thru guy asked me 3 times within @ minute telling me he was ready. There was no one behind me and I wasn't understanding why he was rushing me to order. So I ordered 6 cheesy bean and rice burritos for me and my kids. We get home and the burritos were mostly tortilla and hardly no cheese. Not only did the drive thru guy rush us to order with no one in the drive thru line but us, but we waited about 5 minutes to get these sad burritos. The location on cedar and Ventura does a way better job of making quality burritos.
