Do not go to the location on Herndon and Marks. I've been a patron of this location for over 10 years, but ever since the grubby looking grease ball with the glasses and the balding long hair became manager, the store has gone down completely. Many customers in this area are older, and the very same grease ball denies them any counter service and forces them to use the mobile kiosk. Additionally, ever since he took charge, the wait time for orders has skyrocketed to over 15 minutes just for a couple burritos. You'll know who I'm talking about the first second you step in. If he's there, expect bad service, bad food, and a bad experience. I was out late tonight and it was the only place open so I had no choice. While I was waiting in the drive-thru, the younger employee made a gesture to help me faster since I was waiting over 8 minutes. To which the manager responded, "Sucks for him." Need I say more?

If I can give ZERO stars I would. This Taco Bell is very unprofessional, rude, & so much attitude. Friday; February 16, 2024 I went by around 1500. The cashier ruined my order then rudely stated, “Your going to have to go back around to order again.”Asked for a refund & she was even more rude. I am not going back around when you should have listened the 1st time taking my order.So then last night after taking my daughter to the hospital, she wanted Taco Bell. Wish she could have mentioned this to me so I could have went to the one in Clovis.Anyways the cashier, a different lady had so much attitude then wanted to be sarcastic on giving me a handful of hot sauce.If you do not like your job then QUIT! On my recite states “Michael” took my order but it was not. It had been a girl with lashes on who actually needed a fill.My food was thrown in the bag & not wrapped correctly. It is true they do not mark on the burritos which is which like bean burrito, 5 layer, etc…Don’t waste your time here!! Go down the street to the Shaw & West location.Or to CHIPOTLE!!!

To the lady this morning who was rude and wanted to charge me .25 cents for extra hot sauce packets. Hope your day gets better but leave the attitude at home. Won't be returning to this location anymore!

Outside was kinda dirty. The service was ok. They forgot half our order so we had to get off the car and go inside. And the quality of the food was terrible! It was 40 something dollars of just awful food. We wont be back.

I spoke with John who was really rude and did not want to see the Mexican pizza I was complaining about. He hesitated and just spoke to me from the kitchen.Then he saw the pizza and was confused why I was complaining when I told him that half the pizza had no cheese on top nor toppings. I showed him the picture of a Mexican pizza and told him I've had this for 30 years and I know when to make some pizza looks like. He basically said he would have to charge me for another pizza rather than making it right and redoing it properly which is making sure that there's topping and cheese on all the slicesThis is a first at Taco Bell

1/18/24 10:35am. Horrible customer service, went to Taco Bell drive thu, I can't see very well so I asked for assistant of the menu and asked what contains in the cravings box. The employee responded with "it's on the board" followed by silence. It was a slide show. I ended up ordering a breakfast crunch wrap. I wasn't aware if the Crunchwrap had sour cream or not. I finish ordering and pull up to pay, the same rude employee stated "you can't change it" I informed her I didn't see on the menu if it included sour cream. I hadn't paid yet. She said "it's already made, if you want no sour cream go back in the drive thru and re order again." I have worked at taco and this is not how a customer service is addressed.I had to leave the drive thru because I would not have enjoyed the food either way with this rude encounter. Management, do better.

We placed our order online. Went inside to pick up and workers were all rude and condescending. Waited 35 minutes and asked how much longer and he said will get to it when we get to it! Do not come here. So rude and unprofessional. There were 4 other people waiting also and upset . Drive thru cars were going and still no order for us. So bad. People who walked in got their orders before us. We used to eat her at least 2 times a week now never and will tell everyone. After waiting an hour we left. They were so rude. Most unprofessional fast food restaurant ever. Told 4 people who were in drive up what happened and they all left. Can not support a place of business like this.

Didn’t appreciate the attitude given at the drive thru from the cashier this afternoon(black girl with curly hair.) If you don’t like your job then you should quit, rolling your eyes and talking with an attitude is what got you working at Taco Bell in the first place so check yourself. Get your establishment together because the reviews are looking just as sorry as the employees there. If 0 was an option, with no hesitation it would be first selection.

Just walked into this Taco Bell and gave my order on the kiosk as no one was watching the front, which I guess is policy now. When finished ordering I was prompted to pay at the register as I was paying cash. No one was at the register so I waited for maybe 10 min but no one showed up. I finally sat down at the closest chair to the register and assumed someone would come up and take my money. No one showed so I waited for another 15 min figuring I'd just pay when my food arrived. Finally someone came out and I asked about my order to be told that it was never taken. I tried to protest that no one was up here to take my money but I just got a shrug. So 20-25 min of waiting with no food, apology, or offer or maybe something they could do. Will never frequent this Taco Bell again which is unfortunate as they are right across the street from my house.

12/6/23 at around 11pm. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and taco surpremes. The quesadilla isn't sliced, which is fine, but they did only give me regular tacos, not taco supremes. Sh*t isn't cheap these days. If I pay for some overpriced sour cream, I expect some overpriced sour cream. To top it off, they give you little to none hot sauce packets. So now im eating a dry a** uncut quesadilla and tacos I overpaid for. Thanks guys.

This place is ridiculously annoying! They're never open til 3am. They close much earlier. It's very inconvenient, especially you've already ordered on the app.
