Parking: Been here twice - drive through both 2 different people at the window both times - they kept my change both times - said they got this - no receipt in bag. Looks like they pocket the change.. I am a senior - I will not visit this Taco Bell again - sad these young people are stealing ..

My mom asked me to pick her up a nachos bell grande. I brought in a coupon. The unfriendly cashier said they did not accept coupons!! No big deal right? I then ordered it with light on the beans. My mom barely touched it because there were so many beans it made the whole thing a soggy mess!! Anyway, we learned a valuable lesson. We should make our own damn nachos at home!!

1085 East Champlain Drive - The drive thru female attendant taking orders this evening is always always rude and just plain disrespectful! This girl was acting ignorant when asking for fresco style when learning the fiesta, veggie burrito has been discontinued. I then asked for a black bean and rice burrito, fresco style. She kept insisting that doesn't exist until a young man came on and was able to assist me.I have lived in the Woodward Lake area for 20+ years and in all that time I have frequented taco Bell countless times as I was raising a son. Never in all my 20 years have I ever come across such a rude girl. I stopped going to Taco Bell on Champlain because of her and was going to other stores instead of this one on Champlain. Unless something is done about her attitude, I suggest firing her because she obviously is rude condescending and has no respect for anyone and it shows in her face.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell, the absolute slowest workers and no one is even waiting for food. The attitude of the workers is ridiculous. I thought it was a one off type thing or maybe someone maybe had a bad day, but I've encountered this so many times I rather drive further from home than keep dealing with this. On top of that they forget items too numerous times. Wouldn't waste my time here

I appreciate the friendly smiles and good customer service every time I come here. Never had a single complaint and I've lived in this area the last 4 years. Love our neighborhood Taco Bell because sometimes I have no idea what to feed my son and in those moments a bean burrito hits the spot.

Herdon/ Mark's is a disgrace. I never knew a restaurant could be ran so bad. Lines inside and out are so backed up while the staff casually chats away completely oblivious. Food all over the floor. The food there is absolutely disgusting. Multiple orders were wrong. Our stomachs hurt afterwards. Even saw an employee wipe their glove under the counter edge, then proceed to handle food.Everytime I go to the H/M location, google will never ask about my experience was. So here you are. I had to hijack the Champlain/Perrin survey to warn you about H/M. I hope they shut it down. $21 p/hr? You're out of your minds. At least try. C/P is actually decent. ☆☆☆ there. 4☆s if they would sell a Chili Cbeese. But they wont.

Prices are too high! This is not Bobby Salazar's . This has become fast food at a sit down price, I'm not a fan.

This Taco Bell is terrible. Employees literally hate there job, no job satisfaction at all here. It's depressing. They don't like changing the soda syrup when it runs out, to the point where they ask if you want a different soda because there too lazy to just suck it up and do there job. Sorry Taco Bell if they sold Baja blast at a different restaurant I'd just go there happily instead of having to subject myself to your sad depressed employees except for Kyle (think that's his name). There's a set of twins that work here there both always blah and when you ask for something they have a mini fit and are dramatic in there gestures or one word answers. There's an overweight white lady she's absolutely lazy and takes her misery out on getting people's order wrong or doing literally bare minimum. Scary how they're going to be making 20$/hour soon when all they do is scoop premade ingredients into tortillas and still get the order wrong. They need to clean house and just hire people who are eager to do there job and be happy. Common management, do something. Look at all your 1 star reviews. You're in a well funded area with people who have money. Capitalize on it and hire people who make the Taco Bell experience better and people will come back more eager.

Night workers are absolutely terrible. Sodas have no flavor all carbonation. Food is always cold. Management needs to change something. And they want to pay fast food workers 20$ a hour and they can't even do it right.

Food is great. Staff is wonderful. It's a little chilly in the restaurant so I would suggest, since its October, you might want to turn up the temperature a bit.Vegetarian options: Fiesta veggie burrito is not all vegetarian, but it is very good.

Well made tacos and qausidilla. The chicken burrito Supreme had very little chicken. This happens every time no matter the location, when I ask for no tomatoes. The customer service was great.
