We had stopped here with our small family and it was too dark to notice this. I thought it was burnt meat but when we finally got home and picked up the plates from the car it was not meat it was hair!!!!

I'm the type of person that will drive a distance to eat really good Tripas Tacos, and yes this is the spot! Best tripas in the 559! This food truck is a little hidden, located near the corner of Manning and Academy, you can't miss it at night, since they have lights along the outside. I've been coming here once a week for about a month, and drive from Fresno to eat here, prices are reasonable, staff is great, and the food stays tasting good. You want some good tacos, definitely try this spot out!

This is the best Mexican food place in town. Hands down. I consider myself a foodie and Tacos El Chilango did not disappoint at all. It was so good we actually came 2 days in a row to try different items. We had the squash blossom quesadilla, huitlacoche quesadilla and the tinga and asada gorditas and everything was amazing!!! The owner Jose is super helpful and the service is great. This truly is a hidden gem in Fresno and my new favorite Mexican food stop.

Best tacos in fresno. They have freshly made white corn tortillas. Which a big plus for me cuz alot of taco trucks in Fresno seem to only serve their tacos with yellow corn tortillas which I personally do not like. Their suadero tacos are the best!

Awesome little Mexican food truck. It's in the hood but it's all good. I tried the asada tacos and burritos and it was good. The tortillas are made fresh right inside the truck and the serving sizes are big. Go check it out.

Saw this place the night before and decided to come back for dinner the next day. Best decision my wrestling team made. All menu items were delicious. But the way to go is the burrito. We live in Los Angeles and it's one of the best we have had.
