Never had chicken fingers so juicy and tender. And believe me they are not small. Extremely delicious. Had honey mustard sauce which was out of this world. Had take out 3 times in one week…LOL. SOLID 5 stars for the food. They’re extremely busy but it’s definitely worth the wait. LOVE

This place is crackin super friendly employees fast service with a sincere smile. Football games on the TV's can't ask for more than that. The food is sooooo good... I would recommend this place in heartbeat.....

This the best chicken place I have ever had hands down and I eat a lot of chicken tenders??Under $25 for a big box of chicken, fries, a soda, and Mac and cheese and we easily shared. The portions are generous.?Like guys I can’t stress to you enough, I think about how good this chicken was as least once a week. It’s fresh made to order the fries are crispy and have the best batter and the coating on the chicken is crunchy without it being like KFC. Wish they gave you a little bit more sauce on the side but other than that it was fantastic. They are Pepsi lol. Knocked off 2 stars for atmosphere because it was cold in there and the bathrooms are kinda gross. They are downtown bathrooms so what was I expecting ?It’s pay to park but we got free parking on Sunday so that was nice. I highly recommend eating here, just wish this place wasn’t downtown.

Went today while my partner and I saw the Christmas parade. He got garlic fries. He had me try them after saying it tasted weird, and that it was very vinegary. The garlic was expired. He got food poisoning. He used to be a regular, and he's not coming back.
This place used to be a favorite of mine pre-pandemic . My wife ordered the boneless chicken wings and I ordered the single shack hamburger. The french fries were wonderful however the chicken was so dry you could hardly chew it. My hamburger patty was way overcooked and tasteless and the bun was extremely hard and dry. I would certainly not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Do not buy gift cards from this place. I purchased a $50 gift card for my son & when he went to use it they would not honor it. What the heck! I will personally be visiting their site this week to see what's up. If I could give a rating lower than a 1 I would.

It wasn't bad the facility was clean the chicken taste like chicken. The staff was friendly, They have some good dipping sauces flavors to chose from.The only downside was all the homeless people coming inside and outside. It's kinda pricey but you get a good portion. Overall it was meh
