I used to frequent this place many years ago, their pizza and calzones were the best. Today I happened to be in the area and decided to stop for pizza. Well I'm glad I did.

I decided to try this place because we were having a craving for some calzones. And boy were we not disappointed. Nonna was sweet, the food was delicious, the portions were generous. And make nonna smile with a compliment, seeing her light up is lovely.

Really good handmade pizza, the sauce is spectacular. Ordered pasta on the side as well, which was also delicious and felt authentically Italian.

Wow what a disappointment!!!? Don't know where to begin .I was over charged, ravioli and meatball: sauce was like water,2meatballs no flavor bread was just thrown on top of food in paperbag. My husband had deluxe calazone: small for the price only saw ground beef cheese onion and 1 piece of Canadian bacon. I'm sorry not a good experience at all

This is better than DiCiccos. Friendly staff and great food. I loved the small talk with the owner and this place this year will have been open for 50 years. It many places can say that. I will be returning. We got the cheese pizza and calzone. Yummy

This is a little hidden gem. The owner has been in business for over 50 years and the pizza is delicious. We got 3 family sized pizzas and it fed 6 people with plenty of leftovers. The sauce is very flavorful too and on the ride home the whole care smelled great!Next time I'm going to get a calzone to try those.

This is my new favorite takeout place. Been here forever but finally tried it a month or so ago. I now feel bad that I haven't been coming here for 30 years or so. Been here 5 times now and everything is excellent. Love their red sauce and raviolis the best but the pizza and lasagna are a very close second. It's kinda like going to your Italian friends moms house to pick up some food. This is real homemade food that takes a little time which some on here have complained about. I just order a few hours or day in advance. I brought this in a couple of weeks ago for some coworkers and they are still talking about it.

I finally got to come and try... they're open for take out and suggest you come and try soon. The owner Josephine is not getting any younger and she is still cooking and preparing all this yummy homemade Italian food from scratch. Authentic Italian food prepared by a true Italian (she so reminds me of my Italian nona).

We enjoyed our food here for the most part - we ordered two calzones, one veggie and the other deluxe. It was kind of extra when I asked for no mushrooms and instead asked for pineapple in my veggie calzone, I was charged for an "extra" topping even though I didn't have any mushrooms in mine. As for the deluxe calzone, it had a lot of meat but could use actual sausage in it, more pepperoni, and less ground beef (there was way too much ground beef). The calzones were a bit different and made of fried bread, so it was very crispy on the outside but also very oily - the oil was dripping out of the calzone as we were eating them. It's also odd that there's no sauce in the actual calzone and that you have to pay extra for the sauce. $25 for two calzone was a bit much, and also that they are cash only makes it harder to frequent this place. I am glad they know to wash their hands when handling money though, since I saw them do that with my food. The older lady wasn't that warm or smiling, but her daughter running the cashier was pretty nice at least.

Josephine is the Best. She has owned & operated her place for 50 yr‼ I love everything on the menu especially the Calzone Special, baked with sauce on the side. Everything is to go. Cash only. She's open M-Sa noon til 9 PM. Call in your order. She's awesome.
