This is the best Uncle Harry’s in town. From the food to the customer service. Everything is great. We drive across town just to come to this one because of the great experiences we have. Each time we come we have been taken care of by Tiana! She deserves a shout out because she has such amazing customer service. We even saw her sitting down on her break and still offered to help a lady that was waiting up front. You don’t get such great service anymore or see such a hard worker! The whole team behind the counter too makes the best bagel sandwiches! Keep up the amazing work :)

The ladies that are working this morning are super sweet and really professional. We just got in town after a long road trip from Florida and decided to stop in. The service was excellent, my receipt says Tiana-Elise, and I wasn’t able to get the other young lady’s name but I want to make sure I recognize them both. Thank you for putting a smile on my face

I wanted to give a shoutout to the Riverpark team. I’m sorry I was in a hurry and did not catch the individuals names. From start to finish the team was amazing. They modeled the true meaning of customer service. They were genuine, kind, used my name several times and even wished me a great day. I was beyond impressed with how much the team showed a simple client like myself so much care and respect. Great job team Riverpark!! Keep up the good work!

The newly remodeled site is so much better than the other Uncle Harry's. The eggs are wonderful not over cooked or rubbery. The atmosphere is calm and quieter. Love your new place. I hope the other Uncle Harry's get the upgrade too.

Horrible service. I waited 20 minutes for my order. I was told my order would be up soon. Waited another 10 minutes and noticing people that were behind me already getting their orders. Just 1 bagel to go for my 81 year old mom. I was told my order had already gone out. Really???? Terrible service. Isiah did not even put a name on my order acted like he could care a less. Never again.
