Amazing experience! The shaved snow is an amazing treat, and we loved all three flavors we got. Customer service was above and beyond, as the cashier helped my very indecisive little brother find a flavor he loved. This was such a different take on shaved ice. I took my daughter and her friends and they really enjoyed this place. I'm still trying to figure out how the name came to be. Otherwise, this place was a hit. I know it gets busy during the summer if we went on a cold rainy Saturday, and that didn't deter people from coming. Paradise sunrise and the Pina colada were 2 other flavors we had and everyone had clean plates when it was all said and done!! We will definitely be back!!
I tried here first time and I loved it! Their shave ice was very original and delicious! The stuff was very friendly and the decorations in the restaurant were cute! I absolutely recommend this place!

We love this place, but tonight, our experience was just so good, I had to write a review. After we ordered, the employee, maybe the owner, gave my kids some cute stuffed animal vampire penguins that had imperfections and couldn’t be sold. My three kiddos were so excited and couldn’t stop talking about how nice he was to them. ? The desserts are fabulous and different, and the service is always great!Dietary restrictions: They have sugar free options.

Went here about a couple weeks ago. It was my first time trying this style of ice cream and they didn’t disappoint. Very good customer service they didn’t have enough chairs when my sister and I went and they got us one. I got the cheesecake one and it was really good. Highly recommend this place.

Never seen some of these flavors of shaved ice before. It's such a cool idea and the product itself is "delicious" and " unique" according to my daughter. She's picky with sweets and if she likes it it must be good. We will be back with family and friends to try their many flavors and treats. Only thing negative I can say is only one worker was there at the time so it's a little slow but she acknowledged us and let us know she's help as soon as she can.

Ice cream was delicious! Kids loved it the fresh bananas and strawberries were a good touch . Service was ok... they did take a little long but eventually we got out order.
I really enjoyed my visit here! I've ordered before for delivery but had never been inside before. The interior is perfectly set up and the cashier was amazing! He was very nice and answered all our questions! It's a same there there wasn't more people inside! I will definitely be coming back!

This is fun little place to stop by and check out for a little dessert!I like how it resembles a little Asian store with all the snacks sold everywhere. I kinda wish there were board games in there since it seemed a little fitting (unless I'm blind ig).Anyways, the person up front was really nice and cheerful and gave us some really good suggestions since it was our first time going. The halo halo had all the traditional fillings you'd normally find even the jackfruit so that was definitely a surprise. I stole some of my friends s'more and that was also really nice.

Heard really great things about this place so decided to pay them a visit! There are lots of little stands to buy from when you first walk in, and the interior is spotless! The menu is pretty large so the two screens are constantly changing, but you can also scan a QR code to take a look on your phone. I almost got a smoothie, but the cashier convinced me to get snow instead since I'm a first timer. Customer service was great!! I don't think he had a nametag, but he was super enthusiastic and answered any questions my friends and I had. What I got & what I thought: Mocha Cookie Crumble (5/5): It was delicious! The regular size is enough for one person. The shaved ice is the absolute softest ice I've ever eaten, and it paired well with the generous amount of crunchy toppings. My friends got the Smoreo & Halo Halo and enjoyed their ice as well. Overall, the shaved ice here has great taste, texture, and presentation! Bonus points: Spoons change color which is pretty cool :-)

Loved this place!!! I was in the area and went by for a treat, SUCH a cute place! The decor is so cute and lots of options for purchase at good prices.We had the dulce de Leche snow. It was delicious!The taro shake it was really good.The strawberry shake was good, just on the sweeter side.And the neopolatin snow, it was okay.I will definitely be back to try more things. There were tons of options and the owners/staff were welcoming, patient, and kind.Kid-friendliness: My kids loves it. So many fun choices and cute things to buy.
