We walked in right as 2 large groups of people had just wrapped up their transactions so we weren't expecting the nice customer service we got! They were quick and attentive despite the large crowds and had nice, hot, melty pretzels ready for us anyways. Nice and crispy and cheesy on the outside and hot and soft on the inside Perfect for a pretzel on the go or to sit there and enjoy.
Came to get something different. Mix up the menu! Ordered a badges of plain pretzels with pizza, jalapeño cheddar and cheddar cheese sauces. Not the best service. Oh well! Paid for the order and left! Luckily, the pretzel bitz were really good! Especially with the jalapeño cheddar sauce. Just wish the service was better! Definitely recommend for taste! ;)~

The staff is always so nice and fast. The pretzels are fresh and fluffy. I've seen how other customers treat the employees with lack of human decency it's disgusting. Honestly this place in comparison to the others like Auntie Annies beats it by a longgg shot!
