Placed an online order for 2:00pm online took more than 45 minutes for me to receive my order , understand they are understaffed but why not put priority on orders that were placed ahead of time rather than accept more orders from people just coming in and taking out there orders first .

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I love wingstop but it was my first time coming to this location and the cashier was super rude. Got mad at me for asking if I had made sure I said my order was to go. Then when calling out my name for the order she got upset that I didn’t go for it the first time she called out my name so she proceeded to yell my name rudely as she saw me walking towards it. The food was absolutely disgusting. Drenched in oil. The box looked like it was literal soup from all the oil. The location on Nees is a lot better and has not disappointed me so I will continue to just go there instead

I ordered through mobile pickup. I recieved my food and there was feathers on my classic wings. The feathers were all mixed in the sauce so I couldnt eat any of them. I threw up and was really upset. I called the store twice and was put on hold for 20 minutes and than they hung up my phone call. This is ridiculous, they should care more about quality and customer service. I wasted 30$ and will not be coming here again.

couldn’t even eat in peace , was told 20 mins our food was going to be ready and it took about an hour and it was almost time to close, we started eating there bc it wasnt our fault it was done late and they started to kick us out . worst customer service ever never coming back!

Been wanting wings for awhile. So we came here and it sucks when the food sucks. Chicken was overcooked and hard to eat. It went straight to the garbage and the food was cold. And we paid $66.00

Very inconsistent experience here. Whenever I get the craving for wings, my options are unfortunately very limited, and I happen to live closest to this location. I would rather go to any other Wingstop before this one, though.For one, the amount/quality of the food varies from visit to visit. When they still offered thigh bites, I remember once getting just crumbs of breading from the bottom of the bag of frozen bites. I'm not exaggerating at all. The bits of food were all very small and dry, with little to no meat inside. It was ridiculous. I would be fine if they told me they were out of this item, but instead they willingly gave me that.Wait times are by far the worst offender here. I get it, I work in food too, it can get busy. Nothing more annoying that entitled customers who waltz in and refuse to empathize with the workers, being rude over something as trivial as a fast food experience. I understand. But, like, if you can't handle the wait times your online system promises, set them to be later! I place an order for 10 wings online, wait time says 22-27 minutes. Because I know this place is not particularly punctual, I wait 35 minutes before making my way to the store. When I get there, the guy at the counter shakes his hand and says, "We're still working on that, should be 4, 5 more minutes." Yeah right. I'm going to wait another 15 and in that time write this review. Hopefully, one of these days, this location can do better. I don't know if it's an issue of management, supply, or what.I don't want to pay all the extra money for Buffalo Wild Wings, nor do I want to drive to one the other Wingstops that are much further from where I live just so my wing-related escapades aren't such a friggin gamble!
