I was waiting in the drive thru cause it show they close at 12 but no they closed early. I just drove 10 mins to get to this one because they other was closed. Burger why you do allow your reputation to be ruin by these stores closing early with no notice. :(

Went through the drive thru when I got home (2 minutes away) when I sat down to eat food was cold fries where stayal burger was cold and they forgot my onion ringsWhen I tries to call they wouldn't answer and when they did answer they would just hang upWon't be returning to this locationFood was terrible

The Manager is very friendly, but the service is very slow, and one time my son went inside and placed his order and when a worker who has been there for some time gave him the order, a hearing aid fell inside my son's potatoes and He simply took it out with his hands and gave him the dirty potatoes, and I scolded him and told him that I would have asked him for others, what a filthy Employee, and the bathrooms when I get to go inside, I try not to use the bathrooms because they are always very dirty and smell bad, that's unhygienic, and I try to go to Lincon and State College!! but they are also dirty and smell bad!!?

One of the best experiences I have ever had! 10/23/2023 at 10:15pm. The food was very fresh & the cashier was the kindest. My friend & I came to try the ghost pepper chicken fries & enjoyed them very much.
The food was delicious and the service was great but something should be done about the homeless hanging out and coming inside getting free drinks from the beverage

dude in the window was so slow and couldn’t comprehend our order. the atmosphere was very negative and the dude taking our order didn’t seem like he wanted to be here. food was alright but what do you expect at a burger king.

The BK Lounge is still alive and well near Cal State Fullerton! I have not been to a Burger King in years however, on this night I had gotten a coupon flyer in the mail and I figured for such a great deal, it was time to revisit my old stomping grounds during college.First and foremost, I initially tried to use the coupon at the Burger King located inside of the Wal-Mart on Imperial Hwy. Note that because it is not a stand alone restaurant, they do not accept coupons (understandable) So off to the next Burger King I headed. I opted to go inside to place my order as it entailed multiple items and I wanted to ensure I got everything before leaving. The interior... it definitely needs a face lift to say the least. Also, the crowd that you see inside of any fast-food dining room, well, you know what to expect so don't be a snob about it lolI do wish they would play a little music though, it's such an awkward ambience when it's silent, no music, with just the small chatter of folks eating or better yet, no chatter and just them eating. The lady that helped me at the counter was super friendly and prompt with my order once I placed it, and bonus points for how nicely she packaged all my food and included all needed condiments.My order included Whoppers, cheeseburgers, and fries and, I have to admit, upon first bite of my Whopper, it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. The only thing I regretted was not asking for extra lettuce and onions as there were barely any on the Whopper itself. But overall, the food with solid, exactly what you'd expect from Burger King and the service was good. For a fast-food chain, I would call that a win all around.Next time you randomly get that hankering for some BK, make sure you check both your mail and their app for coupons as they always seem to have some deal running!
