I used to get dinner or when a late snack here either before class or at break, but post Covid, they have started closing earlier and earlier.

The food is overpriced & low quality and the manager is an angry, unhelpful person. They charged me an additional $3 for a fountain drink when I already bought a combo meal. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't come here.

My girlfriend and i would always meet up here for lunch when she attended Cal State Fullerton. Now we came up here yesterday for some lunch since we happen to be in the area meeting up with her friends and i have one friend that live in the area too, that attended Cal State Fullerton. Now that everones graduated, We still have a gathering and engage in food here. I ordered the Big Carl with french fries and a drink. Everyone else had what they wanted. We ate the food inside and enjoyed the company. Clean store, It used to always be dirty in here sometimes. Great staff working here. Food is good. I will be back on my next trip.

Honestly, the food and service here is great and beyond my expectation. Everytime I get here, the manager is always very nice and friendly to me. Would 100% recommend!

Honestly the food is great and the service was beyond amazing. The manager Valarie was wonderful to me, while taking my order, great customer service. the crew was very friendly when I asked for extra ketchup.

My s.o and I went for lunch here and really enjoyed the fast food. Serena and Jerel provided especially good service. Didn't have the strawberry shake though. 4 outta 5.

This Carl's Jr. is on a school campus which is pretty convenient for students. I go here about 2-3 times a week and the manager is sweet to me. The other cashiers also provide good service. I believe that majority of the workers are college students and props to them for being able to work while going to school. Food is just standard, what you would expect from fast food.
Asked for a charbroiled chicken club and got a plain sandwich with meat and mayo. Also the fries was a small. Made me wait longer for the wrong order.

Check your receipt. They extra charge you and don't care about screwing you. Then try to blame you for ordering whatever. When she asks me what size I want, she always starts with medium or large (knowing there's an upcharge) and then blame you for picking medium and not small. This was the manager by the way. I ordered a breakfast combo, she asked me what drink. She didn't tell me it was an extra full charge to get a soda. So she charges full price for the soda as a separate purchase. Then refuses to give me my coffee for the combo after she full charges me for the soda. What I am trying to get at is, I basically bought a soda and they didn't give me the right items for my combo because of how she punched it all in. You can try to argue it's my fault ( which it partially is) but it's just shady not to notify the client. If I could give 0 I would. Sadly this is the only convenient spot on campus and we are stuck with a manager who has been working here 15 years knowingly bleeding money out of students/faculty/staff. Csuf does nothing because they are useless.

First of all, the customer service wasn't great. I believe it was the manager that took my order. She was rude and I do not appreciate the attitude that she gave me. I ordered the Steakhouse Angus Burger combo, but it didn't taste like the other Carl's Jrs I've been to. The patty had a weird taste that I couldn't explain. The patty also had some weird bumps on it that I've never seen before, and I just hope that I didn't get food poisoning. Other reviews say the same. Overall, I don't recommend coming here!
