It's too expensive for what it is 9 piece chicken stars SMALL Frys SMALL drink with tax $13.00 we bought 2 one for each boy and cents under $26.00 at this point we are buying a home fryer we will save in the long run, not worth the price. No wonder this location is always empty

I decided to try the fish sandwich, and it was a little dry, and I felt that the tarter sauce or sauce they used didn't go with the sandwich....was also a bit greasy. The sandwiches left an after taste that wasn't pleasant.

RIDICULOUS! The woman working didn’t want to give me house dressing because it’s only for the zucchini supposedly. I even offered to pay any amount. instead she just refunded my money and gave me a huge attitude . never coming here

I absolutely love their burgers, everything is always so fresh.
Just don't ask for anything extra. Ordered a hamburger and french fries which wasn't too bad. After the fact I asked for extra sauce. They put it in a little plastic container and threw it in the bag. Needless to say it was all over the hamburger and fries. Once is enough and not going back here again.

Me and my friends decided to go to the drive through here at this location. Keep in mind it was 2 in the morning and i'm sure the employees there are tired. We got to the drive through and it already started off bad with "can i help u?" Sounded rude but we understood it was late and they were most likely tired. We asked for a minute to see what we wanted. Barely 30 seconds go by and the person asked us rudely, "ready?" We said we needed another minute and they scoffed. I understand it's 2 in the morning and they were most likely tired but there wasn't any cars behind us. Also we didn't sit there forever it was barely 30 seconds. Please find respectful and kind employees for night shifts, thank you.

Received moldy nuggets and expired ranch sauces. Theyre keeping food inventory stored away too long for sauce to be expired from last year and mold on chicken.Would've gone back for a refund but I'm too far to be worth the trip back. Tossed the food and taking my loss but definitely not coming back to this Carls because the food hasnt been very good the last few times anyways.
