Clueless and rude manager. When I approached the manager to give feedback, he seemed indifferent and dismissive. He cut me off with a quick "I appreciate that" and left before I could finish.

It's been a long time since I've eaten a donkey here, the flavor remains the same, the quality and quantity of the food remains the same, the only bad thing was that it took them a while to take the order and deliver the food, I think it's because they are short of supplies. staff and there was also a new guy, but there was another guy who was more active and in fact he was the one who was doing most of the work (taking orders, filling the stations, serving the customer, I'm sorry I didn't get the name).

We’re visiting from Arizona and chose this for a last minute dinner. Absolutely loved the customer service we received. Mary who works at the front did an amazing job attending to us and even checking on us after the fact when she didn’t have to. She deserves a raise or promotion!

The staff here is quite young, and I observed a situation where one employee asked another to get rice and she told her she was occupied with cooking meat. Unfortunately, the multitasking didn't seem efficient, I was standing behind one customer for 15 minutes and still didn’t get served so I just left. Since the introduction of younger staff, the service has become slower, and the overall quality has declined. Perhaps placing more experienced cooks in the kitchen and assigning younger employees to the register or cleaning might improve efficiency. I've noticed a decline in this Chipotle over the years and have switched to Panda Express next door for better customer service and great food.

I'm really disappointed that popular known franchise restaurants don't care about providing good customer service. This Chipotle is definitely guilty. My pregnant daughter ordered food for her family after a long day of work for her and her husband. He went to go pick up their food from an online order and showed up at home just in the knick of time to feed their very hungry 17 month. He could smell the food and was ready to eat. Unfortunately the dishes they received were completely wrong. They had her name and order printed correctly but clearly not their food. Dad had to go back to Chipotle to get the right food while mom had to deal with her Poor hungry son having a hangry melt down. She ended up having to cook him a meal if his own because he couldn't Wait the 1/2 hour plus while dad was getting the order fixed. We understand that we are all human and make mistakes. But how you correct the mistake makes all the difference. Unsympathetic apologies, with no real effort to make it right. Chipotles mistake caused more problems. Time and effort than if she had just made dinner in the first place. I wouldn't recommend ordering online from this location if you want to save yourself time or hassle.

The food: The build-your-own burrito was pretty good, albeit smaller than other local places in the area, think "Alberto's" type places. Pretty good beer selection, as well as fountain drinks.Service: Excellent. Staff are polite and helpful.Atmosphere: Spacious, not in a good way. Chairs are hard wood. Terrible management terrible register worker. How can you say it's coming out when you don't check in the back for my mobile order. Ordered at 11:30 for ona taco and it's taken 30+ minutes. They need new management and to train their workers correctly. This is absurd to be this terrible this consistent. I only go to this one because it's consistent but honestly they need to shutdown or fix management.

I bought a Carne asada burrito they rave about this limited meat coming back wow the meat meat was like chewing shoe leather. Not only terrible but pricey at that AND THEY SHOULD TELL YOU THAT ITS 2.35 FOR GUACAMOLE REALLYI should have spend a few dollars on gas and went to King Taco best Carne asada .
