the place is the best but I wish you had a mother stage like a 2 stage or a road stage I would like to see ether of there stages

My son recently received an award at school and normally I would take him out to celebrate unfortunately due to the circumstances it's not an option right now luckily this place is offering take out. I bought the family party package for $39.99 comes w/two pumpkin shaped pizzas 2 mummy brownies and 2 goodie bags my little one enjoyed this very much!

So giving them one star is too much credit. I just placed an order through doordash it is for a family package of two large one-topping pizzas, a gift bag, and a vouchers for 800 tickets for $25.00... Chuck-E-Cheese specialty is supposed to be children. I was supposed to take my grandson out today and do the circumstances where my husband took the car I could not. Therefore I opted to order the family deal so I could get a little bit of fun in his life being stuck at home again. Doordash brings my order and the guy hands me two pizzas. I called Chuck-E-Cheese and ask the manager if they could have somebody bring a gift bag and a voucher... the manager so kindly let me know that I would be able to just come down and pick it up. I explained to him that was impossible due to the fact that I don't have a car. He said and I quote " there's nothing that I can do about it we were very busy this morning" (they had been open less then a hour) my response was "I was most likely one of the first orders placed since I placed it before 10:30. " he proceeds to tell me that I did not order it at that time because they weren't even open. I explain to him you can pre-order on doordash and straight asked why is he challenging me when I know damn well what I did and when I did it... He hung up on me. I called back. I explained to him that they specialize in children and if he's the manager and this incompetency is happening this early in the morning when they just opened that they should find another manager. And I stand by that statement. So now we will get to when I used to visit their prior to this pandemic. The mouse doesn't come out like it's supposed to once an hour. That's IF their employees show up on time. And that's IF they are staffed at a regular amount and no ones hours were cut.. (Both excuses I have personally been told) Their excuse to the children would be something to the effect of somebody called out sick. Meanwhile I'm standing there looking at five other employees that can jump into a mouse suit and make it happen. I have personally heard employees at this location say "no one wants to wear the mouse suit"1 Do yourself a favor and go to a different Chuck-E-Cheese. There's one a couple miles away and it's worth the drive. They do not get more ghetto than this place. I have watched mother's bully kids out of tickets at this specific location. The mouse throws them up and the parents will literally snatched him from a child as they're picking them up. I actually made a complaint about it the last time I was there in February. The manager's response back then ( not saying it's the same one I can't verify ) was" oh she does that all the time. " My response to him was "I can't believe you let her back here". So much for trying to keep one of the local businesses open by ordering takeout. You guys should be shut down. Or your corporate office office should get people competent because the employees that are there now suck. This morning my pizza wasn't cut, no grab bag, no ticket voucher. FYI Chuck-E-Cheese nobody orders your pizza for the pizza because it sucks. If all I wanted was pizza today I would have went to Two Saucy broads. Thank you doordash for my FULL refund I will donate the pizzas to the homeless later today when my husband gets home! with the car

I was going to hit up the taco bell but saw their large signs.. food was a hit and made fresh and everything was amazing. Only thing I saw that worried me was I saw them brush some sort of butter overtop before cutting the pizza which we don't need but everything was good and quick and the employee i dealt with was staying safe and keeping distance.
We trashed the place with silly string, they cleaned it up quickly and wouldnt even let me help. Cool place to party, beers were 8.50

Boys always have a good time . Pizza usually comes out tasty and my kids gobble it up quickly. Happy kids = happy mom.

Upon entering it smells strongly of feet but we still gave it a chance, only to find dozens of fruit flies around the soda machine. Some of the soda options were broken too. The straw container was filthy so we didn't dare use any straws. Luckily a fresh salad bar was unwrapped right when we arrived (around 1:30pm on a Thursday) so we grabbed a plate quickly before the flies could migrate over there, but was disappointed by the few salad bar options, and the macaroni salad was extremely tangy. The pizza was thin, it was okay, but not worth the price. Then there were about a dozen games that ate our money. Every time we told the game attendant he was very courteous and did his best to fix each game or to refund us our credits but it was very frustrating having to call him over on so many games. Lastly, Chuck E never made an appearance although they kept announcing it over the speakers several times throughout our stay. A few of the other parents looked lost too with their children jumping excitedly while the parents kept looking around the whole place wondering why Chuck E wasn't coming out. My husband finally went to the desk to ask what was going on and they simply said Chuck E doesn't come out in the morning, but my husband argued it's already 2pm almost 3pm! If he's not going to come out then at least turn off that auto announcement so that the kids don't get excited and then disappointed every hour! We will never go to another Chuck E again. Go to John's Incredible Pizza where the prices are much better, the food is all you can eat buffet, and the games are more well-kept. Just be warned John's is very crowded on weekends.

We lost more than 12 points half of the games are not working and the working one have no tickets came out my kid was so disappointed even the ice cream machine was not working we lost another dollar in it
