Best hot dogs around. Waited over an hour on the next to last day before the Northridge location closed. The smell, texture and taste were worth the wait.

I got a veggie dog so I definitely recommend to my fellow vegans! The workers were chill, place was a little muggy so don't recommend eating there on a hot day. But the hotdogs were really good!

The cupid dog was delicious! I have to say the chili was way better than Tommy's. The dog casing had a good snap and overall it was served hot . Unlike most hot dog joints serve luke warm. Place was clean and had great service.

Just went to cupid hot dogs in Newport Beach. 5000 Birch St. near John Wayne airport. Got the Cupid Dog with Mustard. Onions and Chili. We were long time loyal customers of Jerry's Dog and missed a good Hot Dog when the last Jerry's closed. We now have found our go to place for a good Hot Dog. Tom, the Licensee validates parking so there is no reason not to try this place. We sat outside in Patio andCupid Dog really enjoyed our Hot Dog. Tom has several Hot Dogs condiments to choose from. This is a hidden Gem! If you like quality Hot Dogs, this is the place to go. You can google this site for directions and menu. We will be back!

Cupid's is the most perfect place to get a snack.My sister and I shared the following: -corn dog ($3.25): battered beef frank on a stick-triangle hot dog ($6.00): topped with mustard, onions, sweet relish-chili fries: fries topped with chili cheeseI eat a lot of hotdogs and the ones at Cupid's are stupidly good. The natural casing gives it such a nice snap when you bite into it. Even underneath all the corn batter, you still get a clean snap which is frankly a little wild to me. The corn dog batter is perfection - it's doughy with a nice crisp exterior.And then we have the chili cheese fries. The fries on their own are extraordinarily good - medium cut fries with just the right amount of texture and crisp. The way the fries are layered is genius - the fries are topped with a layer of cheese and then chili is ladled on top. The hot chili then proceeds to melt the cheese. None of the goopy gooey chili cheese thing. The chili (no beans) is fantastic. It has great flavor and little grease.If you like a good chili and hotdog - together separate - up to you - a stop by Cupid's is a must.

I ordered the cupid and a corn dog. The hotdog frank is of higher quality as indicated by the snap from the casing. The business has been around since the 40s which is impressive. Worthwhile to check out. I like the chilli cheese dog from Weinerschnitzel better due to the taste of the chilli. Reasonable cost.
