Service was amazing! Staff was friendly and helped me pick out my sides with my meal. The lobby was clean and well kept. The chicken was juicy, macaroni was flavorful as well as the beans.

Hit or miss with service. They're busy but I don't think ignoring a customer trying to pick up an online order is acceptable. This was from an employee wearing a name tag with the General Manager title too. I guess they only are nice to you if you speak Spanish to them.

WATCH OUT for the bait and switch! Drive through, I ordered 2 of the new crispy chicken tacos listed for $2.59 each, the lady says that will be $7.85! I asked how she got that amount when it clearly says $2.59, she says no they're $3.79 each. I said no thank you and drove away. This is ridiculous

Second time I come around 8:20 pm through drive thru and the menu is off when the store is still open. I see people inside and wait and nobody answers or comes to the window. I saw a male employee coming back inside from the back door with a headset on his head & never answered through the monitor even though he saw us. Doors are also closed not sure what is happening and why they are closing earlier than the time posted. Disappointing

The food was ok, but a little smaller than usual for the price. But it took them 5 minutes to take my order! The service is horrible! I may give them one more chance but it will be a long time before I go back.

Mmmm I ordered a chicken avocado burrito, son same thing without avocado and a chipotle chicken avocado burrito. I've been to other el pollo locos. But wow I don't know. Burritos were very delicious. GreaT customer service, quiet atmosphere. Very nice and relaxing. Would order from here again.
