Once again, just like every other time I've chosen Florentine's, they did not disappoint. As a matter of fact they went above and beyond. My fiancé and I adore this place and everyone there. Mr. Florentine himself served us our first time we went there. And every other time we've gone, our every server has been so personable and and sincere pleasure. The RIBS ARE SO BOMB EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! And to top it off for my bday today, Chris and Tony the staff threw in a nice Florentine's addition to reinforce my enthusiasm for this place.Thank you gents!!! See ya next time

The food is always excellent here. However I'm giving it 3 stars because I was there last Saturday with my husband and my server was not wearing his face mask correctly. He only had his mouth covered when as we all know, it should be full coverage of the mouth and nose. During this time, we ALL should be following the proper protocol. Florentine's, your employees need to cover up!

This was my second time at this restaurant and it's my new favorite place! Will be going to 100North next time..... need to try the Peanut Butter Old Fashion they have on tap!!!!!! I can't wait. The owner Joe is amazing, very attentive to not only his customers but his staff as well. A must try if you are in the area.

I was trying to get back into the bar after being over served and get a drink a water after using the restroom and your bouncer did not let me go back inside to safely get a drive home from a friend that was considered our designated driver. We were designated "unfit" to go back inside to ask for help and when we went back around were considered unable to ask for a cup of water. Luckily a stranger was able to help me get home safely because of lack of communication between your staff. Stamps should be given in the front, not just tickets for free drinks. The bouncer in the back is photographed for future reference of unfit security. Please reference dramshoft law for future serving policies.

Horrible food and terrible customer service. We waited ages before our orders were taken. Also, ages to get our tasteless dishes served. Consistently bothered throughout the duration of the meal. Really not necessary to keep asking how we are doing at least five times during one course. Not a single positive about this place. I, along with my friend, were rushed during our Valentine's Day dinner around 7-8 pm. They close at 2 am? This place, in conjunction with 100 North, whom they seem to share a building with, has absolutely nothing good to offer. Shameful disappointment. Do not recommend at all.

First time coming and I am very impressed! If you want to escape the craziness of downtown Fullerton on a Friday night this is the spot! The beers are fresh and the lobster mac n cheese is fantastic. The owner is extremely friendly and Salma the server does an amazing job! Would definitely recommend

We always have a great time at this restaurant. The food is excellent. Tonight featured a full rack of ribs, chicken marsala, couple of shrimp pastas and couple of beef sandwiches. Outstanding! I have a person in my party who is difficult to please. Tony the manager gave her the attention she did not deserve. He went over the top and I thanked him for doing that. Destiny did a great job too. She took our order and then read it back to eliminate mistakes. Everything came out perfect except for my party problem person. Tony to the rescue. I highly recommend this restaurant. Try it out
