100/10 would recommend! Had an amazing experience. Personally think the pricing is really pocket friendly for kbbq :)The service was incredible, had a friendly and outgoing server named Thomas. They gave us some great recommendations and walked us thru the process of everything with ease.We look forward to dining here again soon!Floor is a bit slippery but it’s very understandable as to why it is that way so I recommend just watching out for that :)
Hands down the BEST Korean BBQ all you can eat restaurant. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. All their food is delicious, full of flavor, great atmosphere, great drinks. I highly recommend for ANY occasion. It's a must! There is no other place like gen bbq

This is a good place but when cakes to parking lot is really on save last night the broak car window of the cars and still alots of things and the polices of Fullerton did send no officer and this please what to help .Parking: Parking not save they broke car window and still thing from the car and Fullerton don't send pocelice to make a report.

The server did not explain that the food was all you can eat regardless of what you. I would not have stayed if I knew that. We did not eat 40 dollars worth of food. Even after me explaining to them that the server did not explain how it goes correctly, I was still charged me. The serve even admitted that she did not explain it correctly. I will not be back and if you are not preferred to eat a lot of food do not come here. Never again.

Menu changed recently. We were there at 3:30am seemed like waiters were busy. We kept looking for them, instead of them coming to check on us.Parking: Don't come hungry, there may be a wait. The wait for Dinner can be 90 mins.

For those that love Gen Korean BBQ like we do don’t eat at the one in Fullerton. They make you wait 2 hours and are kicking you out after an hour if that. At $50 a plate seriously not even the 90 min like they advertise. We had the worse service ever, the manager walks around with an iPad set on a timer and while we’re waiting on our server to bring the drink refills which took forever and then they literally were cleaning our whole area while we’re still sitting down. Very rude! They also kept lowering our burner so our food would cook slower and our tortillas were still cooking and the rude server kept saying can I shut the burner off. What a way to ruin my son’s birthday dinner. None of the other Gens we’ve been to ever did this.
