Nice clean restaurant. Service was nice. Sushi is not good quality. It's very bland and you can tell that it's not good quality just by the unnatural color of the tuna and the lack of flavor. You didn't know what you were eating by taste.

Extremely poor customer service! Owner is very rude also. I have been taking carry out sushi from this place on and off for awhile, few times there were delays when they tell you to pick up in 30 min and then you have to wait at the restaurant an additional 15-20 min for your food to be ready. So, usually decent places offer you something if you have to wait for your food (drink or appetizer), especially if you're their regular customer, but not this guy. He is very stingy and disrespectful. Last time I was on the rush and they made me wait by the door for at least 20 min, and when I said that I have to go and can't wait anymore and requested refund for the items which weren't ready, the owner told me: if you don't like our service, don't come here anymore! Really?! Instead of apologizing and offering something to compensate my wasted time this guy was just plain rude! Definitely not going back there and don't recommend to anyone, there are plenty of good sushi places in the area which respect their customers.

This has become our go-to sushi place! All of the servers are super nice, attentive, accurate, and helpful. Each time we go, the fish tastes fresh, and the variety of different menu items has us trying new things each visit. My favorite roll is the Sour Patch, and my hubby gets the Butterfly, which is a sashimi platter with yummy toppings & sauce. The garlic edamame always tastes great and the edamame is snappy - never soggy. The best dessert is the tempura fried banana with ice cream. YUMMY!!! We highly recommend Ginza!

We are huge fans of no rice sushi because we prefer the fish and low carb options when we have our Sushi Date Nights Ginza offers a wide variety of no rice sushi and sashimi dishes, and we are huge fans!.Some of our favorites:-FBI is spicy tuna crab salad wrapped with assorted fish like tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and albacore topped w/avocado & special sauce-Pay Roll has soy paper and tuna, salmon, yellowtail wrapped with crab salad topped with slices of lemon, jalapenos, and cilantro sauce-Sweet Shrimp Sushi-All In One has soy paper, tuna, salmon, yellowtail, crab salad, avocado, red onions, masago, and shrimp tempura.The service was kind and attentive. The ambiance is family friendly!
