My husband and I have been coming to Hoshi for years and can't get enough of it. Even after recently moving two cities away, we still make any excuse we can to make the drive to have dinner with them. We always appreciate the quality of the food and the amazing service they provide.If you are thinking of catering with them, do it. I recently had my 30th birthday and my husband ordered catering with them and we were so impressed. The platter was so beautiful and everyone complimented how delicious the food was. Not only will we continue eating here, but we will definitely order catering with them again.Thank you Hoshi! You're wonderful as always.Vegetarian options: They can make orders vegetarian along with providing options on their menu. The avocado roll is amazing.

I was been this place lunch hours with my friend early of this month .Ordered 2 rolls and udon.Seem not okay not fresh food.Even too busy serving service only 2 young girls.Me and my friend started hurt stomach on our way to home.I feel like die, more than 10 times kept DIARRHEAAlmost until to midnight.They Just answered, manager will return call ~~~none of returning call from them,,,,,,When my friend called this place let them know check it out what I ordered food .I don’t get any phone calls from this place .We are very Disappointed about this place.I will definitely say Not good place .

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered a Sushi Combo. Everything was pretty standard. Fish was cut generously and treated with care. Udon was solid. Restaurant was clean and staff was lightly attentive. Nothing stood out though. Free sauce cup of ice cream was interesting?Would go if in the area, but wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

Above all, I like the thick meat of the fish rather than the amount of fresh sashimi rice. The clam soup and special menu are very good, and the service is also satisfactory.The overall food balance is good.

We came in for the lunch special but it was 3:30 pm lol. My wife ordered The Chirashi Bowl and it was the best in Fullerton. I've been to several Japanese Restaurants in Fullerton and have not tasted and savored this type of a Chirashi Bowl! The presentation from the Chef is exquisite. And did I say it's 40% off? Great Chef and smiling servers! When you come in ask for Leo he'll take care of you.

Great sashimi. Great atmosphere. Great service. The sashimi cuts here are wonderful. Comfortable seating. Rosie and Leo were kind to us and very helpful. The chefs making the sushi and sashimi cuts were very consistent and great as well.

Incredible service and amazing food!I went with a group of 4 and ordered so much from sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. Everything came out fresh, fast, and fantastic! They were very kind and gave an explanation to everything. The sushi chefs were super friendly! This place exceeded my expectations by far. There's so many options these days and if you can't decide, give this place a try!
