Issé's got kimchee pasta, I mean who has that? And their garlic fries? Has no lackThe dipping aioli was on pointSo you gotta trust me and check out this jointDrinks were good, bar food was niceThis place be asian, so they also got rice.Issé is a solid restaurant, slightly divey, bar/restaurant feel, but in a good way. Their food is delicious, their drinks are solid, and their service is impeccable. I really like this place. Gotta get their garlic fries and kimchee pasta. Sometimes their menu changes up, but overall a solid choice.

Great bar to hang out in! They are tucked behind a KBBQ spot but it's not to be missed. It has a great atmosphere to hang with friends, drink some soju and cocktails, and watch a game with friends. There is a private parking lot but it fills up really fast and then there's some residential parking on the parallel streets. I can't speak on the food (yet) but I've been eyeing their kimchi pasta for quite some time! The drinks are tasty and what's better is the bartenders and staff are very friendly. They'll let you put on a game or fight you're trying to watch and just want you to feel comfortable and have a good time!Overall, a great spot! #ThankYouThursday2023

the service is so horrible if you sit in the corner which is why i rate this place so low :( it really sucks watching your waiter take shots while you sit there for 15 minutes with no menu, water, or service..the food on the otherhand is pretty goodwe got the wings. the sauce is very sweet unexpectedly but it is very unique. the salmon was great!! i love the texture and my group was munching on the veggies after. this is a great place for drinking and big groups. i'd be willing to give this place another chance because i've heard great things about their kimchi pasta :)

Awesome place. we came here for a dinner with some friends, and when we were there a couple of the people knew the owners, and from then on, we just partied it out inside there. The service was super awesome and the vibe was so chill. That place has a nice bar that you can sit at in the lighting is perfect. now the food was super delicious. They had a pork belly that was the best pork belly I have ever had so far. It was so good. I had to tell the cook in the back he did a great job. Which was the owner ha ha ha ha. the owners came out and had a couple of shots with the group and we all talked and laughed together. What a night. The highlight video is on my Ig. @jwardhooper22

I've heard so many good things about the food here, and I'm happy to report that it lived up to the hype for me. The interior is smaller than I thought it would be, but it was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. My friend and I came by at around 7:30 on a Saturday and it was fairly empty at that time.We of course got the Kimchi Pasta, the Pork Belly, and we later got the Togarashi Wings. LOVED the Kimchi Pasta -- the portion was large and it was so flavorful. Spicier than I was envisioning, but this did not disappoint. The Pork Belly was also fantastic. I really loved the kimchi slaw it came with, and it was the perfect accompaniment. To drink, we got the Saero Soju, which is fairly new I think, so I'm glad they had it. The service is pretty good. The servers came around the check up on us a few times and the food and drinks came out promptly.

Food here is delicious and the portions are big!! Definitely come here to share with a group of friends. We ordered 4 dishes and a cocktail and it came out to about $105 before tipping. Service is fine, food took a bit long to get to us. Ambiance is casual, modern, and loud! It's a full bar so people are coming here to eat and drink. Parking lot can get busy during dinner hour.

After wanting to visit this place for quite some time, I finally had the opportunity to experience it firsthand. As many other reviewers have mentioned, its proximity to Mr. BBQ means parking can be quite challenging.Let me begin by saying that this establishment is an absolute gem. The ambiance is cool and inviting, complemented by a fantastic selection of hip hop/r&b and pop music. Their simple menu also offers a great assortment of food, beer and soju cocktails.During my visit, we had the pleasure of sampling a few dishes:Beefy Cheese Corn: If you're a fan of cheese corn, this dish is an absolute dream come true. The corn itself is luxuriously creamy, with a delightful cheesiness enhanced by tender beef pieces that infuse it with umami. The bread's toasty char adds an extra layer of deliciousness.Karaage: Their take on karaage blends elements of both Japanese and Korean fried chicken. The result is a fusion that boasts the crispy skin reminiscent of Japanese karaage, while the chicken itself carries the umami flavors often found in Korean fried chicken. Served with some togarashi mayo, the portion size is impressively generous, and the chicken is juicy and flavorful.Pork Belly: This dish offers a unique twist on bossam. The pork belly is masterfully prepared, achieving a perfect balance between fork tender and crispy. Unlike the traditional boiled version, it showcases a delightful roasted flavor with a delectable mouthfeel. Accompanied by a kimchi slaw, a subtle drizzle of sesame oil, and a side of rice, it offers a delicious and satisfying take on a familiar dish. While I would have loved to see lettuce and ssamjang included, these additions are not necessarily essential to enjoy their version.Kimchi Pasta: This dish delivers a good kick of spiciness, likely due to the inclusion of gochujang and kimchi. I personally felt that the dish could have focused more on highlighting the flavors of the kimchi, perhaps by featuring a creamier sauce sans gochujang. Nonetheless, it remained delicious overall. The service at this establishment is both kind and friendly, and overall our party had a pleasant dining experience and more than enough food with leftovers to take home. Whether you're seeking a place to gather with friends for a laid-back evening of delectable food and drinks, catch a game on tv, or even indulge in some board games, Issé is well worth a visit.

Good casual bar and grill, with some good selection of craft beers and ciders! Ordered the burgers, Spicey Ramen was delicious, and the Pork Belly with spicey Kamichi, but the pork was undercooked and too much fat! Enough to give you a heart attack!

I dream about Isse food when I'm not actually eating there. Their modern take on Korean cuisine makes for a unique but definitely enjoyable dining experience. When you first step inside, the interior just screams good time vibes and even if it's your first time there you'll feel like a regular at your favorite local hangout. Chef Andrew is like a mad scientist that's always experimenting with new flavors so you have to come back and keep checking on the ever changing menu. Don't feel like eating for some reason? Their extensive selection of beers on tap and wine should be good enough for you stop by. So what are you waiting for?
