The guy at the drive thru window was rude and disrespectful. I am not one to really complain but this guy was just a jerk granted it was about 3 am but I didn't even order that much food and I felt like I was a burden. Food was cold when I got it and the drinks were watered down tasting! Overall horrible experience! Will Never Eat There Again! Wish I could remember the little Mexican man's name that ruined my morning. I would totally include it in here hoping he at least would get talked to about it. Another thing that kinda pissed me off was that this homeless person was trying to buy a fountain drink and because he had no car the guy at the window ignored him, blatantly ignored him to the point where I was so appalled that I told the guy to get in my car and I drove him thru the drive thru window and again was greeted by the rude man and I am surprised that I was even served at this point.I am now adding to this review in regards to the response I was given by the "owner" of this Jack in the Box who didn't even leave me a link to get to anywhere that would ever try to make my experience better and after reading the reviews that this establishment has I am actually really surprised that they are still open and serving the public! This place needs a lot of help and it is a disgrace to the jack in the box name this "owner" should be ashamed of themselves.

Stephanie who is a manager or supervisor is very rude! She gave us 1 ranch for 5 piece chicken strips. Everytime we go she is rude and acts like the sauce is coming out of her pocket.

I'm a driver and I was not allowed to use the restrooms. I make a living driving all day, I don't have a toilet in my car and I can't keep buying food every time I use public toilets! Oh, by the way, there's a rainstorm!

The lobby looks depressing dirty. Dirty windows. Heavy set manager gave bad service. Ask a question, he answer with an attitude. Felt he didn't want to be there.. he simply walk away from us.. which it was fine. Second person in charge had a nice attitude made the service better..

I observed an interaction between a homeless man and crew members of Jack In The Box on Saturday, November 25th at approximately 10AM. This is the Jack In The Box on Orangethorpe Ave., at the corner of Orangethorpe and Lemon in Fullerton, CA. I didn't see nametags on the crew members involved, but descriptions and the time and date indicated should help identify 'em. The communication and rhetoric used on this man by the 2 Jack In The Box employees was ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! The man came in and asked if he could have any food that was made by mistake or cold fries that the restaurant was going to throw out. I believe that he had stated that he didn't have money and that he'd lost his EBT card. Please keep in mind that this incident occurred just 2 days after Thanksgiving-- it's why it's especially bothersome to me. The female crew member (Hispanic female, age 20-25, short stature) initially told him that she was not allowed to give out free food. The man then tells her that he's been given food assistance from a different Jack In The Box. He was told by the female crew member that: "Maybe you should go backto the Jack In The Box that did that!" I think that the comment was very disrespectful AND uncalled for. The homeless man then tried to explain what happened to another crew member-- who appeared to be the manager/owner (Hispanic male, heavy set, age 30-35). The male crew member quickly dismissed his complaint and told him: "Tell corporate I said 'HI'." The man said that he was going to call the corporate number. Yet, another inappropriate comment-- this time by a manager. To summarize, the behavior and language used by both crewmembers was highly inappropriate and cruel. I'd like to see Jack In The Box's HR department get involved. There needs to be some sort of disciplinary action administered. I really hope that a District Manager reads this review. Thank you.
