Jack in the Box is SUPPOSED TO open at 6:00 AM, but when I went through the drive thru, the rude employee signaled to me WITH HER FINGERS that the drive thru does not open until SEVEN O'CLOCK. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO JACK IN THE BOX!!

I don't usually review fast food places, but this place deserves it. Friendly customer service and always gets our order right. I was exceptionally impressed today by Jorge, who was working the drive thru by himself. Even though he was busy, he was so friendly and efficient. Gave us all the ranch we wanted, no attitude attached. I haven't had customer service like that in a drive thru....I don't think ever. Give Jorge a promotion!

I went to order a dinner from this restaurant. The order I received was completely wrong. Spoke with the manager. She refused to make the order right. After a discussion said she was going to call the police if I did not leave. Used to be a good place for fast food. The food I did receive tasty funny. Could not eat it. I was never treated so rude and was highly insulted. I even filed a formal complaint with Corporate. Too bad it went down hill so fast.

I came here because its a very clean and they serve the food really quick, and it is nice and warm, the manager her name is Andrea is excellent and friendly she took my order was really nice thats why I give it 5 stars. I will definitely come back here

I ordered a total of 10 tacos a chicken sandwich and I asked for 7 ranches she only gave 4 she was saying the ranch was not for tacos only for chicken nuggets and the chicken strips...bad service

This Jack in the box never gets my order right. The lines are always long, the staff running around everywhere like they don't know what they're doing. I've been coming to this Jack for 2 yrs and the never get my order right. I order one thing, they give me something completely different. I'm tired of coming back and asking for my correct order. I'm finding a new jack in the box, even if I have to drive further.
