Tge only place on this corner where you can get food this cheap or this late. It's definitely fast food but I end up eating here a lot. The Jack Wrap and meat kiver's buritto are probably the best two things on the menu. And the Jack Wrap is a decent amount of food for less that $4

This is the worst Jack in the box. They close early when they feel like it. They get the orders wrong. Some are rude and some are nice. They give you the bare minimum of food compared to other Jacks.
They need to fix that pot hole in the curb before you enter the drive through parking lot

I come to this store daily as many as 3 times a week. My visit tonight was bad again. I came to get the free jumbo jack with a paid drink. The Dodger 10 stikeouts promotion. This location #262 usually honors this deal. All depends on what crewmember or manager is working. I came in tonight to get my free jumbo jack but the crewmember said i cant get the deal. He said the Dodgers have to get 10 stikeouts and win the game. They didn't even know the Dodgers played last night. I told them they did play on Sunday and got 10 stikeouts. The crew member started telling me i can't get a free jumbo jack because the Dodgers lost the game. I said read your promotion sign. 10 strikeouts and your in. The manager read the sign 10 stikeouts and Win then you get a free jumbo jack. Anyone who watches the Dodger games knows its 10 Stikeouts and you get a free jumbo jack with a paid large drink. The spanish manager added a W in front of your in it's Not WIN. Im so tired of everyime i go there the crew and manangment always argues with me about the free jumbo jack promotion. Why can't they know what the deal is. I'm very tired of this location crew and manangment not knowing what the Dodgers deal promotion is. It seems like they don't want my weekly visits. Time to cut them out of my daily visits. How many of you customers get the same issues when the Dodgers get 10 stikeouts and this location#262 are fighting not to give you the free jumbo jack??? I wish they knew the promotion or can read it.

The absolute worst! Been using this location for years food always has been great but the last few times I've ordered the food and service has been the pits!!! I have ever received from any Jack n the Box. EVER! Ordered through the app. Walked inside to pick up food since the drive thru had a bit of a line. Wish I didn't walk in bc mini kitchen was filthy. Not something you wanna see knowing your food is coming from there. Although food was packaged correctly the food was not fresh! Taco is so full of OIL!! No crunch, missing cheese and MEAT!! Lettuce wilted a inside. Curly Fries had no curls and were stuck together greasy, soggy and stale. I don't even know how that's possible. Bacon ultimate cheeseburger was small like the jr bacon cheeseburger, bacon was hard to find and fatty no crunchiness. And the home style ranch chicken club looked like it came from the dollar menu had no signature brioche or buttermilk sauce. Presentations for both sandwiches were horrible and nothing even close to photos. I will drive to further locations bc this one does not hit!
