Idk why my last review was just, "ehh." I'm honestly embarrassed at my inability to describe why I originally gave this place three stars. Jack is one of the best fast food places for late night excursions. Perfect for stoners, and the night shift (with the exception of the new guys, he needs a lot of work, or a hearing aid) is one of the best in La Habra. The jumbo breakfast platter is also usually good as long as you don't let the pancakes get soggy

This Jack in the Box is such a breath of fresh air compared to the one up the street on Imperial and Brea Blvd. This one deserves five stars and even more if there was a higher star rating .The employees are so very nice and helpful. I cannot say the same thing for the Jack in the Box on Imperial and Brea Boulevard, especially the evening manager there. He is not a nice human being.

Good customer service. Good atmosphere. Just was a little disappointed with the food. Got the bonus jack combo, but I felt I got cheated. This location put Jr burger Patty's instead of Jumbo jack Patty's. The burger pattys were small and didn't fit the bun. Were very thin.

I went through the drive thru, asked for 2 breakfast sandwiches, only charged me one. Ordered 8 orders of 2 tacos. Had to get off and get the other sandwich. Went home and saw that I only had 8 tacos instead of 16. Not listening and interrupted me when asking if everything was correct.

Good option if you work and don't have time to make lunch
In the morning it's good, the food is good and if you dine in it's kept clean and it a nice spot to sit down. However the night crew is GARBAGE! We went up to the drive through at 11:32pm on Saturday the 21st and the lady told us,"sorry we're closed cause I'm on break" the next day we come there around 8:30ish and we ordered curly fries with a rice dish(don't remember what it's called) and when we got back to the hotel THERE WAS ONLY AN EMPTY BAG WHERE THE CURLY FRIES SHOULD HAVE BEEN! That's the only reason it gets a 1 star as that RUINS the experience there

The workers here are very rude and have extremely bad customer service. Cashier & looks like drive thru worker maybe? (3:24pm) The store is very dirty, had to ask for towel to wipe down our table. Out of almost all drinks and nothing is stocked. Didn’t even give us napkins. Why did we come here?

As a Uber delivery driver I would like to inform you that having the incorrect hours of operation creates a huge hassle not only for the drivers but Uber itself along with the customers. It is 2:24AM and I drove 6 miles to get here. The entire place is closed and there is nobody here. All of the posted signs say open till 3AM. I am now out of money and time. What a horrible way to treat customers. I’m not eating here anymore the food is terrible anyways.

Used drive thru to pick up a burger on Halloween.I ordered a Jumbo Jack, extra pickles, no cheese. Drive thru counter staff very nice. Burger was wrapped and tagged custom.What I got was a jumbo jack with zero pickles. My reciept was correctly rung, extra pickles.I was several miles away by the time I discovered the error.

We frequent Jack in Box at least three times a week ..Oct 22 evening we stop by this location..Only to be let down by the horrible experience My family and I went through the burgers had white grease build up as the were sitting and absorbing the grease..The chicken nuggets were like little rocks..and the Tacos were sagging and soggy..Whitewood location is our go to Jack in a Box and they never let us down..But this food was unacceptable I tried calling Your phone does not work...Im not looking for a free meal just want what I paid for..
