Five people working behind the counter and no one seemed interested in taking an order. Sunday afternoon at 1:00 so it was that busy. Looks like I need to find a place with better customer service.

My boyfriend works near this location, gets lunch here often and really enjoys it. We got a quick lunch here and it was pretty good. Service was quick and easy as we just ordered online and picked it up. I got a simple turkey sandwich with added banana peppers. I always love the bread at Jersey Mikes and when they add the vinaigrette to your sandwich. All the ingredients were super fresh and I enjoyed my sandwich.

I just I didn't know that my sandwich is very spicy like that !!! I guess they must tell me if I am OK or not with that ,, but didn't happen ... even the board dosen't say it's spicy or not !!!! I did ask if I can make my giant sandwich half some kind of bread and the other half different ,, they said no you can't !!!!

The freshness and quality of Jersey Mike's is unlike other sandwhich places. However for this mini sandwhich it was over $8. Add a combo drink and chips for extra. You can choose from other 20 types of sandwhiches that range from Italian to beef and three types of bread. Mikes way includes lettuce tomatoes onions and red wine vinegar and olive oil.

Food is fine, but I do want to mention that this branch will be stingy on their ingredients depending on who's working. The employees also seemed to be in a bad mood? Ordered the giant sized sandwich club supreme and the guy making the sandwich almost forgot to add the bacon (had to remind him). Literally the best part of the sandwich. Anyway, after reminding him, he proceeded to put 4 small pieces onto the bread. 4. Small. Pieces. On a gigantic sandwich. LmaoI then asked if he could just add a piece of bacon or two cause something didn't seem right. He told me they charged extra for that. How much money do you think the company is missing out on by adding an extra slice of bacon? Saving a couple dollars on an ingredient versus returning customers/satisfaction is an obvious business decision. If I could go to a different location I would, but this is the only location close to me. So now I'm going to go out of my way to go support a different location.

Updated review 5/26/20232 stars for the inability to write the correct names on the correct sandwiches. Placed a pick-up order for my work. I wrote every name correctly for each sandwich in the app. I even called to ask them to please write the names. None of that matters clearly, because names were written incorrectly for the sandwiches. We assume these names are properly written, to decrease opening UP EACH SANDWICH to see whose is whose. This is frustrating as a LOT of places give you a slot to even PUT a name, and yet, they're never really transcribed properly. So what's the point. Just remove that feature to not disappoint people.
The attention to detail these guys and gals have is friggin amazing, go out of your way to come here, they're the peak of customer service. Great team!

First time here and I have to admit it was bomb. The worker helped me with some suggestions since I've never been. Ended up ordering a chipotle chicken on cheese bread I think that's what he said. It was so good. Hot off the grill and super flavorful. Really wasn't expecting it. Cool little shop, in the middle of the shopping center. Thank goodness subway was closed. That was totally worth it

First time at this location and was not impressed. We walked in as the only customers and they immediately told us to wait for them to make not 1, but 6 sandwiches for mobile order customers. When they were finally ready to take our order, the line had a number of people in line, and they took everyone's order and started making all the sandwiches at once. It took excessively long to get our order.
