We came in pretty late but all of the cooks and cashiers were very kind, and the food was amazing. Someone in the reviews said the cook’s music was too loud but I think it was better than what they were playing on the speakers ??

This place is probably one of the better locations nowadays. Love coming here after classes and grabbing a plate. The dipping sauces go great with the proteins. I usually get the short ribs and katsu combo with an extra side of Mac salad since it's enough for another meal. Service is pretty fast too.

I love the Tuesday special for spam musubi. The shop is small and quaint. It's pretty popular and a bit busy during lunch. The food comes out speedily and quality is always good.

I stopped coming here a couple months ago because of the rude cashier and decided to order today. I called to make an order to go and the same cashier Anna answered. She put me on hold and after a minute I heard it hang up, after she left the line busy because it wouldn’t even ring. It’s always the same girl giving us terrible service but that was just the cherry on top. The younger guy cashier was there when I pulled up and honestly saved it he’s very nice otherwise I’d never come back here again. Everyone at my job that comes here said the same thing too.

I was craving Hawaiian and typically do Ono but we didn't have one close enough and opted for L&L. I placed an order online for pickup around 4 pm and was scheduled for pick up at 5 pm. My boyfriend arrived a little after 5 and they told him it would be another 10 mins. What a waste of time! He could have just ordered in person and skipped my whole online order. The food was okay. Not great or too flavorful and they had no hot sauce options. Bummer.

I been to several L&Ls but this one is my favorite. I usually get a few spam musubi and a side of mac salad for a quick snack when I'm passing by. Mac salad tastes almost identical to the Mac salad my Hawaiian friend makes, sadly he moved back to Hawaii. When I'm really hungry I order the regular chicken curry katsu and share with my daughter. My son ordered spam and eggs over rice, which I think I want to order next time I go. Friendly, quick service. It's a nice small restaurant located near the universities in Fullerton.

This is my go-to place for Hawaiian food when I'm in town! I'm always craving the Katsu plate and the spam musubi. I used to attend college nearby and I always wish they were there back in the days... maybe school wouldn't have been so bad! I love this place...can't go wrong! Always hits the spot.

Oily katsu, burnt chicken, and cabbage with black spots (unwashed). This is place used to be good, but the prep and cooks getting lazy (Unsanitary Food). Wont be going back here again. Its seems they do this to mostly TOGO orders. The orders I eat there is decent but as soon as you TOGO, quality and care goes down the drain. Was ashamed to feed my children this burnt food, wasted my money and time.

This is my favorite L&L location around my area. When I'm craving Hawaiian food, I always stop by this location for loco moco. My husband always orders the Katsu and it always comes out so crispy! They do not cheap out on meat either.The best part about this location is the customer service. Although they can be busy, they always gives me the best service, making me want to come back every time I am in Fullerton. I wish they owned another location in my city!!

Their scoop of rice is not even a scoop, put two scoops of rice and it equals one ice scream size scoop of rice. Come on L&L don't cheat the customers. I'm not the only one that feels that portions have come down from this location. Better go to the one off brea on Imperial that L&L has been consistent over 5+ years.
