Great little market spot with a little bit of everything you may need.I grew up going to this spot and it's changed ownership but has remained a reliable spot for tacos, meat, beer, sodas, spices, and so much more.I see them and their rotisserie chickens almost every Sunday morning, depending on the weather.I like that they have frijoles y arroz available for a quick grab, as well as other lunch and dinner combos.

Manager(s), you need to tell your staff that if your market & taqueria close at 9pm and stop making food in the taqueria at 8:40pm, that they should continue to take orders until 8:40pm. I called at 8:22pm to order 4 tacos for pick up and was told they weren't taking orders anymore. I told the lady who answered the phone that it was only 4 tacos and she refused to take my order. There has also been a couple times when my husband has gotten to the market between 8:45-8:50pm just to buy tortillas or something quick and they refuse to let him in the market. Either your staff is lazy or they haven't been trained properly or they don't value or consider your customers or their needs. If it's an overtime issue, a few minutes after 9pm isn't going to bankrupt the market. Your customers should be your #1 priority. Please raise your standards and focus on keeping customers happy. Do better La Aguila.

I recently visited Arugula Market in Fullerton and had a mixed experience. While the market has been around for quite some time, there were a few concerns that affected my overall impression. One of the issues I noticed was a high turnover rate among the staff. It seemed that a significant number of the original employees had left, and new workers were constantly being hired. This resulted in a lack of familiarity and consistency in customer service. During my visit, I encountered a new employee at the meat counter who was rather rude. Despite my polite inquiry about the available meat options, their demeanor towards me was unpleasant. Consequently, I decided to take my business elsewhere, as it appeared that many other customers had also expressed similar dissatisfaction.Additionally, there were instances where attention to detail and cleanliness were lacking. I observed workers handling money, scratching their hair, and then proceeding to prepare sandwiches or tacos without proper hygiene practices. This raised concerns about food safety and sanitation. It is essential for the staff to be aware of the importance of cleanliness and to maintain clean aprons while handling food items.Despite these drawbacks, I must acknowledge that Arugula Market offers the best carnitas I have ever had. The quality of their carnitas is exceptional and worth mentioning. However, it is crucial for the market to address the issues mentioned above to ensure a consistently positive experience for customers. In conclusion, my experience at Arugula Market Fullerton was a mix of both positive and negative aspects. The market should focus on improving customer service by providing adequate training to new employees and emphasizing the importance of hygiene practices. By addressing these concerns, Arugula Market has the potential to regain the trust and loyalty of its customers.(Note: This review is based on my personal experience and may not necessarily reflect the overall quality of Arugula Market Fullerton.)

Wow, what a hidden gem for lunch. Everything fresh and made to order. Beats out all the local lunch spots. Once the word gets out, this place is going to be backed.
